You and your allies meet up with some old man, who seems to have been hitting the skooma again, he informs you that Falmer have been seen above ground for reasons unknown. The Falmer have been kidnapping unwary travelers, killing innocent people, and even worse. He implores you and your allies to to something about it. Will you help him or ignore his pleas? Jump in whenever.

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
