Kuro had grabbed the boxes before they left, unfoturly it had started raining. "Drake, calm down. You don't need to get so worked up over that. He was just trying to get me to leave without you, but you know that I'm not gonna do that." She used the food boxes to keep her dry as much as possible until they got to the car. She the food boxes on the dashboard. She took Drakes keys away from him. "Calm down or we'll be here all night."

"I'm so sorry. For everything. For ruining your night and kissing you like I did.", Drake said. He was trying to calm himself down. He gently slipped the keys from Kuro's hand and got in on the driver's side of the car. He drove back to the old motel and carried Kuro back to the room. He layed on the bed and turned on the tv.

Kuro laid down beside Drake on her side facing him. "You didn't ruin anything, it was just the waiter we got did. Now please don't feel like you did, you saved me from going back to my master and his tests." A shiver ran down her spin at the though of what possibly could her master have else in mind for her.

"okay, If you say so.", Drake said rolling on his side to face Kuro. "I'm getting tired. I might try to sleep.", he said, kissing Kuro on the cheeck not even thinking about what he was doing. He moved closer to her.

Kuro yawned. "I might join you on that." She laid her head on Drake's chest listening to his stead heartbeat.

When morning came, Drake got up and went to the store. He got some eggs, bacon, and toast. He cooked them and put a plate of food in the microwave for Kuro. Then hewent to the nearest clothing store and bought him a pair of swimming trunks. He also saw a bathing suit that he thought Kuro would like. It was ead and has some pattern on it and the bottoms in black. His swimming trunks were also red and black. He then wrote Kuro a note that, "Kuro, I'm outside washing the hummer. It's filthy and I can't take you out to a nicer restaraunt in that. See you when you get up, Shawn." He changed into his swim trunks and got the buckets and stuff he had bought to wash the car. He filled the two buckets with water and went outside.

Kuro woke up and saw the note. She heated up what the plate that Drake left her in the micowave and ate it. She went outside, still in her regular clothes to see how the nummer looked. She noticed that Drake hadn't seen her yet and grabbed one of the buckets. She dumped the water on him and began laughing. "I'm sorry but I couldn't resist doing it, Drake."

He was laughing so hard he almost couldn't talk, "It's fine as long as I can do this.", he said picking up the other bucket and dumped it on her. "Sorry about that., he said. "Let's go shopping. But first we need to go dry your clothes.", Drake said. He then picked up Kuro and all the buckets and carried them back to the room.

Kuro was still laughing. "Thanks to you I'm soaking wet." She couldn't even sound mad right now if it were to save her life. Once they got to the room Kuro decided to take a shower. "I'll go take a shower and you can dry my clothes while I'm in." She grabbed a towel and went into the bathroom. She undressed and wrapped the towel around her and handed him her wet clothes.

"Okay.", he said taking the clothes to the dryer. When they were dry he took them into the bathroom and layed them on the counter for her. Then he took off his clothes and wrapped in a towel. He decided he needed to take a shower too. "When your done in there I'm taking a shower." he said just sitting in the bathroom. The showeer had a curtain instead of glass so he couldn't see her. He pulled up his towel and leaned against the counter.

It didn't take long for Kuro to finish with her shower. She stuck out her arm out of the curtain and grabbed her towel. "Alright, give me a second and I'll be out." She dried off, only her hair still damp making it looking slightly dark. She wrapped the towel around her and pulled the curtain back. She had a pink blush on her cheeks from them both only being in towels and the temperature in the bathroom. She grabbed her clothes. "It's all yours." She said before leaving.

"Thanks.", Drake said, also slightly blushing. There was a radio conveniantly placed in the bathroom. He turned it on and turned the volume all the way up and got in the shower. It didn't take him long to take on. He got out and turned off the radio. He put on his clothes and went to the mirror. He fixed his hair as best he could and grabbed the keys to his hummer. "You ready?", he asked Kuro, grabbing his money and putting it into his pocket.

While Drake was in the shower she got dressed and tried to get her hair as dry as possible then fixed it. In the end it looked pretty much the same as it did last night only a little darker from the water that was left. She stood up and nodded. "Yeah." She grabbed her pocket knife off the nightstand and put it in her pocket. "Never can be too careful."

"Your right, you can never be too careful.", Drake said. He took Kuro's hand and led her to the car. When they got in, Drake turned on the radio. He drove to the nearest Wal-mart and they went in. He grabbed a shopping cart and began pushing it through the store. He grabbed some Axe deoderant, a hair brush,a tooth brush and tooth paste, and a couple of other things before he went to go look at the clothes.

Kuro did have a good sense of taste in clothes, but had some what of a gothic style. But she wasn't gothic, just seemed like it when anyone first meets her unless they help her. She looked through the clothes seeing what looked good and what didn't. She found a few shirts and two pair of jeans that looked good to her along with being in her size. "I'll go try these on, alright?" She told Drake before going to the changing rooms.

"Okay. I have to go try on my stuff too.", Drake said to Kuro. He got three pairs of jeans and a couple of shirts. He also got a new pair of shoes. He went back to the dressing rooms to try them on. All ofhis clothes fit and he placed them in the buggy and waited on Kuro to come out.

All of the clothes Kuro picked out fit just fine so she put them in the buggy. She picked out a pair of flipflops that would fit just fine and put them in the buggy as well. "Is that everything we need?" She asked Drake.

"Yeah. I think.", Drake said walking toward the check-out area. The line moved agonizingly slow, but when is was their turn, he placed all the items on the counter. "Your total is 45.58.", the chashier said. He handed the lady $50.00 and told her to keep the change. Drake put all of his stuff in the back of his hummer, and went to the driver's side. He drove them home and lugged all of his stuff to their hotel room.

"Are you sure you don't want some help?" Kuro asked, seeing it was alot to carry for one person. She unlocked their room and opened the door for Drake. She helped him put everything up and flopped down on the bed.

Drake flopped down on the bed beside Kuro. He took her hand and said, Do you want to stay here tonight or go out, or eat here and go do something? There is a carnival not far from here. We could go to that.", he said. He pulled Kuro closer to him and rested his chin on her head.
