"You acted on impulse. Don't be sorry but please try to keep your temper under control. I don't want to see you hurt coming home from college." She finished wipping the blood off Drake's face. She treated and bandaged the wounds.

"okay.", he sighed. He went to the bed and layed down. He closed his eyes an tried to get some rest.

Kuro sighed and put the first aid kit up. She sat down on the bed then laid down with her head on Drake's stomach and her legs off the edge.

After a few hours Drake woke up and woke up Kuro and asked, "You want to go to the carnival tonight?"

"Huh? Oh, sure, I though it would've shut down today and moved on to another town." She yawn and sat up, running her fingers through her hair once to knock out some nots before going to brush it again.

He grabbed his keys and his money, "It shuts down tomorrow.", he said. He took Kuro's hand and led her to the hummer.

Kuro got into the hummer and opened the driver's side door from the inside for Drake. "Okay, what days do you have college?" She had forgotten if he told her what days he went to college or not so she was curious to ask.

"Oh sorry, I forgot to tell you. This week, I have tuesday and thursday off. Then next week I have to go all week. Then it switches back and I'm off Tuesday and Thursday again. It just does that this whole year.", when he was finished talking they pulled into the dirt parking lot. He stepped out and opened Kuro's door. He walked up and read a sign that said you could puchase a bracelet and ride all the rides for 10 dollars a piece. "Two bracelets please.", Drake said, handing the man at the booth a 20 dollar bill. He put the bracelets on their wrists and they went off to have some fun.

Night came soon and Kuro noticed. "We should probably get going before it gets draker." She said to Drake. They headed for the exit and then the hummer. She got in and opened his door from the inside.

"Thanks" , he said, slipping into the car. He drove them back to the hotel room and went to the bathroom to take another shower. When he got out, he put on some shorts and grabbed a beer from the fridge then collasped onto the bed.

Kuro staied in the clothes she was wearing and flopped down on the bed beside Drake. "Are you sure you're gonna need that? Remember what happened last time you dranke?"

"I'll only have this one", Drake told her, finishing off the beer and sitting it beside the bed. He grabbed. The. tv remote and then put in a music channel, as usual.

Kuro rolled her eyes. "Fine but if you grab another one I'll take it away." She laid her head on his chest.

"Okay.", he sighed. He grabbed his keys and stood up, "I'm going for a drive. I'll back in about an hour.", Drake said ,walking to the door.

"Okay, don't do anything to get yourself killed." She sat up, hoping he wasn't going to get his revagne on the Jason guy.

About an hour later he came in. He had liquor on his breath. He later his keys down and sat on the bed.

Kuro was trying to fall asleep when Drake came back. She could smell the liquor on his breath the moment he sat down on the bed. She sighed and came over to him. "Why do you always seem to want to get drunk almost every night?" She looked up at him, frowning.

"No reason. And tonight I'm not drunk" Drake said, grabbing a water from the fridge. He drank about half the bottle then sat it down on the nightstand.

That didn't cheer Kuro up, but she simply sighed. "But you still went out drinking, what is wrong?" Her mismatched eyes were cloundy but one emotion stood out, out of the cloudiness, upsettness.

"It's nothing", Drake said. He rolled over and kissed Kuro , "I'm not trying to upset you, but I just can't tell you", he said pulling Kuro close to him.
