Kuro didn't look at Drake. "Why not? What could be so bad that you can't tell me?" She hid her face in his chest, to hide the fact that her eyes had grown teary. "Just look at my life. I'm goddamn science experiment on the run! I've killed more than I wanted to because I was forced too! What in the world could possibly could you not tell me?"

"I killed Jason.", he said, tears started to form in his eyes. "Apparently, Jason had something to do with Wang and Wang said that if I didn't kill him he would kill you.", He said, getting out of the bed and pacing out and back across the room.

Kuro sat up, suprised at hear that. Her eyes were wide, the tears drying up. "What? How could Jason be working with Wang if he didn't even know who I was?" She watched Drake pace back and forth across the room.

"That's the thing, he knew and that's why he wanted us to break up that night so you would go with him and he could take you to Wang. Then when he failed to bring you back to him, he wanted Jason to be gone.", he explained, then went back to pacing.

"That explains why he wouldn't leave us alone, but why would he want to kill me?" Kuro couldn't think of a reason as to why anyone would want her dead unless she killed one of their family members or close friend but she hadn't killed anyone for four years.

"That, I didn't figure out.", he sighed. He suddenly collapsed onto the floor, from an anxiety attack.

Kuro hurrily stood up and went to his side on the floor. She hadn't a clue what to do for an anixtey attack, let alone what was going on. "What am I suppose to do? Shit..."

After a while, he woke up. "Oh my god.", he said shaking his head drowsily. "Worst anxiety attack ever.", he stood up and walked toward the bed, "Okay. I highly doubt the cops would find me. It happened at his house, 45 miles from here, and I have the gun but I put different bullets than what the gun had in it and tomorrow after college I'm going to throw away the gun." He layed down on the bed and closed his eyes.

Kuro laid down beside Drake. "We can only hope they don't even put you to questioning, you didn't leave your fingerprints or a drop of blood anywhere did you?" She turned on her side to face him, using her elbow for sopport.

"No, I didn't. And the only place I left finger prints was the gun which I'm trashing tomorrow.", he explained, turning to face Kuro, also using his elbow for support. "I don't think I have anything to be worried about he said, rolling back onto his back.

Kuro nodded. "Okay, if you are sure. I'm going to go to sleep, it is late." She laid down, and turned on her side where her back was facing him. She turned off the lamp on the nightstand and went to sleep.

"Same here. Good night.", he said kissing Kuro on the forehead and moving closer to her. He wrapped his arms around her body and dozed off into a deep sleep.

Kuro fell asleep prefectly fine, until her memories stired in her mind. She was trying to not look at them. She was back in the fight in Russia, being strangled by a Russian murder, close to dying. She woke up just as the moment she died in the arean. Her throat was sore, as if she had been screaming, or someone had just choked her. Her eyes were wide from the fact that she had died once. She put her hand over where her heart was, feeling it beat, strong and stead.

Drake sat straight up, "Are you okay, Kuro? You were screaming. He pulled her close and stroked her hair to comfort her.

Kuro nodded. "Y-yeah, I'm fine now, just an old memory." Ever since she escaped from her master she decided not to tell anyone what happened in Russia. When people asked she would say "It's in the past, let it stay there."

"Oh.", he said. He wasn't going to ask for anymore information. "Sorry but I have to go back to sleep, I have college tomorrow.", Drake said rolling over onto his back.

Kuro nodded. "Sorry about waking you up." She staied laying on her side with her back facing Drake but she didn't go to sleep because she worried about that memory coming back.

When the morning came, Drake got up, took a shower and went to college. At 3:30 he ruturned home with two of his friends. They all came busting in the door just as they all said, "Don't forget your condom.", with a hoot of laughter. "God, I didn't think we'd have sex ed. class today.", one of the boys said. The other said "yeah." and then mocked the morning announcements at their college, "Have a great day and you boys, don't forget your condoms.", They all died laughing again then they all three took the condom they had to take today and layed them on the nightstand with a another bout of laughter.

Kuro had gotten up and dressed around an hour before Drake would come home. She was trying to tackle the knots in her hair. For some reason her hair was not agreeing with her. She was getting another knot out of her hair when she heard the guys come in. She rolled her eyes when she heard what they were talking about. She coutine to brush her hair, the knots getting annoying to tackle. "Damn knots.." She mumbled.

Drake walked into the bathroom and said, "Hey Kuro, why don't you come meet my friends? They said they are dying to meet the girl I'm having and actual relationship with.", He rolled his eyes and walked out of the bathroom.
