I promise exactly as the title implied so I'm sorry if this post is short! it'll be babies first adventure as I bring down you into my own spin on DnD! I use alot of the rules loosely and pick and choose with them BUT I'll try to keep the forgotten realms feeling as I take you on this journey!

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Details: Occasional dice use, concise post-length, long-term RP partner preferred.
Is this a strict game, by which I mean a game with character sheets and concrete abilities, or is this a general game in which the fighter says he fights and thus does without needing or heeding the mechanics of DnD? Also, Forgotten Realms is a far reaching setting, including the 1st through 5th edition of DnD. If it is a strict game, it would best to note which edition you mean to play in.
Yes! I will need sheets and concrete abilities but I often bend the edition rules and pick and choose what I like and don't like, to I won't be following any editions rules, but if you decide to play and are a mage sorcerer warlock cleric ect use the 5e spell list!
