Over on Deviant Art a friend of mine and I run an art rp group called Concard: http://concard.deviantart.com/
The characters in the group are called remnants and were plucked from their home world by the Winged Serpent god Alkawth. The current story is a war for resources and land between five factions, the North, South, East, West, and Stronghold.

Alongside that we have a separate roleplay Forum that has plenty of information on the setting: http://concard.freeforums.net/
And we have a discord chat and potentially soon a group here on RPR.
