I have 2 ideas kinda similar
A: Ray is a rich guy. He has more money than anyone in the city. Your character is desperate for money. So she kidnaps him and holds him against his will until he gives her his family's cash. But she begins to love him.(Rays not a hero in this one)
B: your a villain that jumps ray. Ray was unprepared. You kidnap him and torture him until he gives you what you want. The weapon shipment. Problem is ray is hard to break What will you do? What ever it is you start to get feelings for ray! (Ray will be a hero in this one)
