I just wanted to know if there were any suggestions for cheaper markers like Copics? At the nearest art stores in my place, they don't even sell packs and it's 7 bucks a marker...and online I can barely even try to afford or convince my parents to at least buy a small pack!

Also, any markers that can have refillable ink would be nice for a suggestion but it's fine either way!

Ohuhu is a great alternative. Ari uses them. And they're a lot cheaper. Try it.

They are exactly like Copics, although they're hues are different of course. You can get a pack of around eighty markers for about 40 bucks, whereas Copics would charge you around four hundred. You can check the reviews on stuff like that on Amazon. They're basically the generic brand of Copics.

If you can't find an alternative you like, here's what I did! When I was starting my Copic sketch collection, I bought lots on Ebay, which brought the price down a LOT.

Oh, and I haven't personally used them, but I've heard good things about Spectrum noir markers
