Every hero has a origin this is Rays.
After escaping the insane asylum to clear his name and find his father he becomes a vigilante. He can't go out as ray he has to stay hidden as ray or he will just be sent back. But the crime in the city has been to much on ray so he needs a sidekick (your character) a person that actually trust ray and wants to bring everyone to justice
