In this piece, rather than her usual monster teeth and cocky grin, I'd like her to look slightly more sultry, maybe slightly coquettish.
What kind of pose you want:
Framed in a pyramid shape with a hazy purple backdrop with some light gray foggy lines and some black rune-like scrawling-- I'll let you use your creativity as you'd like there, or I can provide some examples if you'd like. The pyramid shape should have a black border. Transparent background, similar to the diamond background in your first picture, please.
Waist up, nude, leaning back with her right hand extended out forwards so you can see her palm. Her left hand leaning back with a single gold coin between her index finger and thumb. Some bubbles rising up from the bottom of the pyramid, almost as if she's in a bubble bath.
Her tentacles should be drooping down, and 'out of the frame', but instead of cutting off with the frame, I'd like if they 'escaped' the frame of the pyramid, kind of like 'popping out of the frame'.
Her exposed palm has a tattoo on it, of a serpent eating its own tail, surrounding a pyramid. The picture included is a rough example.

Her hair was inspired by Scott Pilgrim's Ramona Flowers.
