In this world there are people with mutations like in the X-Men universe but there is no X-Men or X-Masion. You don't need to have any knowledge of the X-Men universe just know that mutants are highly descriminated agenst. Looking for teen characters you can have a mutation or not but they can not be a canon X-Men character. Can be any gender or sexuality.
Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.
