You walk alone deep in the woods, firearm in hand in case you run into something that would call for it. You hardly ever have it out of your sight now, that's just what it's come to. It's not easy, this way of life, but no one has much of a choice anymore. You have to do what you must to survive. Ever since what happened...
You shake yourself out of your thoughts and look up upon hearing a rustling in the bushes, swiftly readying your weapon for some sort of attack you were sure was coming... But out of the plantlife comes four people instead, two girls no older then 13 walking and the other on the back of a skinnier seemingly androgynous blond figure. Everyone is frozen, and there is fear in the young girls' eyes... Except for the tall blond with the girl on his back. Situations like this didn't always end well, and he seemed to know this as fact. But there was a determined, bold look in his eyes as if daring you to hurt one of his companions. Daring you to raise your gun at them and pull the trigger. Something about this young man drew you closer, made you want to know more...
One way or another you find out you're all going to the same place for reasons undiscussed. So, now you're left with a decision. Travel with them and hope there's safety in numbers, or leave them even though they barley seem to be getting along as it is...
Anyways! That's just a little preview of what I'd like to do for this rp.
It's a very flexible concept, and I'm more then willing to change and talk over anything with my partner.
What I'm looking for is a sort of lone-wolf character that will encounter Azai and his group and decide to help them for whatever reasons. They need to be strong (not necessarily physically) and have enough survival skills to have made it through the apocalypse. Any gender is fine, though I'm leaning a bit towards men for this role. Also keep in mind there may be some romance in the rp. (I go by the rule of "If it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't". I don't like forcing it)
I'd love to rp with someone who can come up with ideas and move the plot along with me. I'm willing to try anything once, so please don't hesitate to message me if you're interested!

Plausible legends of ancient magic, but current magic is not common.

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
