Ok now Alex knew something was up, he ever so slowly tightened his grip on Alt's shoulder as to not hurt him in any way.
Leveling a glare at kali and glancing back to Alt's shoulder as if he'd just placed a claim that he himself didn't fully understand.

Kali gets even closer to him as if to kiss him on the lips her pink and gold tail behind her as she swam up to him there

Alex acts on instinct as he uses his tail to push kali back a few feet.

Atl didn't seem to quite grasp what was going on, but moved between them. "Don't fight." He said firmly, not liking the way either of them were acting right now.

"Sorry Alt, but she was about to do something to you without your consent."

Kali looks down at the floor of the tank blushing red

"You should probably look up you know."
He mutters lightly with a laugh.

"...She was?" Atl glanced toward the new girl, confused.

"Yeah, its called kissing, its reserved only for the person closest to you."

Kali giggles as she's looking down blushing red

Atl looked to the girl, frowning. "Why do that?" He asked her.

Because your cute KalI says to him as she's still blushing red

"You just met him you psycho!"

"Cute not good reason to kiss." Atl told her.

"Exactly!, Alt has more sense than you."

Kali turned away from him crying hurt wishing that she was dead

"H-hey don't cry!"

Kali keeps crying

"W-what do?" Atl asked Alex quietly, very confused by this girl.

Kali dragged herself out of the tank and along the floor still in her mermaid form she just wanted to die right here and now
