"What?" he looked at Nikita's friends, a confused smile on his face, "Do I have something in my teeth?"

"No you don't.", Nikita said giving all her friends a "back off" look, and they all turned away and went back to their lunches.

"Then what's wrong?" he asked Nikita cautiously.

"Oh it's nothing.", she says and stands up, right when the bell rings.

He follows her, "Tell me. I have a right to know. Do they just not like me or what? Because I don't care about that."

She hoped Nomri wouldn't get mad at her, "Well, I uh, haven't told everyone we are dating yet.", she said, referring to her friends.

"Oh. Well, I'd think it was pretty obvious, but why?"

"I'm not sure.", she shrugged. She realy hadn't thought about telling them until yesterday but she figured being at a pool wasn't the best place for that.

"I guess it doesn't matter. They'll probably figure it out in their own if you don't tell them, but just in case any of them are watching," he leaned down and kissed her cheek.

"I will tell them sooner or later.", she smiled as he kissed her cheek. She got her bag and said, see you before we leave?" She liked to know if she would be expecting to see him.

"For sure," he nodded and walked off.

Nikita also walked to her next class and sat through the rest of them. She gathered her things and went out to her car, tossing her things in the back seat and loooking around for Nomti.

He came out an waved to Nikita as he spotted her and walked over to her, "Hey."

"Hey.", she said, her tail started to wag from side to side.

"If only I had a tail to wag, it would be wagging everytime I saw you," he kissed her cheek.

"Aww.", she said, smiling brightly. "Would you like me to take you home today or do you want to ride the bus?" She asked, leaning against her car.

"I'll go with you."

"Cool.", she smiled, sliding into the driver's seat and opening the door from the inside for Nomti. She cranked the car and turned on the radio before pulling out of the parking lot.

He got in and sat quietly as she pulled out, unable to think of a topic for conversation.

She startwd to sing the song tjat was on the radio. She slowed down as they passed a cop, thenshe sped back up. Her phone started ringing and she rolls her eyes when she sees it's her dad,"Hello?...Yeah, I'm on my way home...I will be there...bye." She practically slams her phine down, "My dad wants me to come to the Police Department. I took a class and can shoot a gun there and chase people and arrest them and all that, but I hate the outfit.", she says, rolling her eyes again and pulling into Nomti's driveway.
