"Tomorrow, just at the mall?"

"Yeah sure. How r u gonna get there?", she asked in her text.

"My dad will drive me."

"Ok.", she said. She layed back on her bed and sighed.

"C U tomorrow," he texted and lay down, soon falling asleep.

Ok. bye.", she wrote, also soon falling asleep. The next morning, Nikita git up and showered. She got ready and went to meet Nomti at the mall. Her mom asked where she was going. She told her that she was going to meet a friend.

Nomti was already at the mall, waiting for Nikita at the entrance to the food court.

"Hey.", she said, smiling, and hugging him.

"Hey, oh, woah," he was startled by the hug but returned the gesture with a smile, "So, did you want to get something to eat first?"

"Oh if you're hungry we can, but I already ate.", she said, also smiling back at Nomti.

"In that case where do you want to go first?"

"I don't really know.", she said, looking around.

"Well, we could go look around in the Hot Topic," Nomti suggested.

"I love that store.", she said, walking toward it. She entered and started looking at a few t-shirts. She got a spike belt and tried it on. She put it on and asked him, "Do you like it?"

"Hmm... I don't think spikes are you're thing," he chuckled and looked around, not really seeing anything that interested him.

"Oh.", she frowned and put it back. She grabbed a few shirts and then snatched up the belt anyway and went to the register to check out.

He stood next to her as she checked out all her clothes.
"You wanna at least go get a pretzel or something at Auntie Annies?" he asked as they exited.

"Sure. I could go for a pretzel right now.", she said. "Oh and I"m going to go get the tip of my ear pierced after this.", she said.

He guided her to the small pretzel shop, frowning a bit; Nikita hadn't seemed at all like the kind of person who would like spikes or piercing to him. She still was very sweet, but things like that detracted from the good qualities he saw in her.

She thought for a second then said, "On second thought, I may not get my ear pierced." She bought her pretzel and ate it.
