He sighed mentally; had she read his mind though? Or just seen him frowning? He guided her to a table after getting hi pretzel and pulled out her chair before sitting down himself.

Nikita sat down and said, "Thanks.", to Nomti.

"No problem," he grinned and started eating his cinnamon pretzel, "You know what is the problem with these?" he asked as he took a few bites.

"What?", she asked, nibbling on her plain pretzel.

"The problem with cinnamon pretzels is that I can never get the stupid sugar out of my fur," he said as he took another bite, "the fur on my face or on my hands."

"Oh. Same here.", she said, but had to smile. "Is there any other store you wanted to visit while we are here?", she asked him.

"Well,I still have two hours before my dad comes to get me," he said as he tried sucking some of the cinnamon sugar out of the fur on his fingers but to no avail and then tried licking it off his face but that didn't work either.

Nikita giggled as she watched him. "Well then what do you want to do?", she asked him. "We could go see a movie or something.", she said.

"A movie doesn't sound bad, but first, would it be a movie with us just as friends, or a movie like a date?"

"I don't know.", she said, her voice sounding like she had made up her mind but wanted to see what Nomti thought.

"Well, umm," he coughed, "I was, er... Uh, hoping it would be like a, um... A date?" he was blushing a deep crimson through his black fur.

"I was thinking the same thing.", she said, blushing dark red. She got in the driver's side of her car and pushed the passenger side open from the inside.

"Thanks," he followed her outside and to her car, where he called his parents to let them know where they were going.

When they arrived at the theater Nikita asked,"What movie should we see?"

"How about Dark Knight Rises?" he suggested.

"Yeah sure. I have been wanted to see that movie.", she said
with a smile.

"Then let's get going," he grinned.

Nikita got the tickets and walked into the theater and asked Nomti, "Where would you like to sit?"

"Let's try for the top," he took her hand and guided her up the stairs to a pair of empty seats and sat down.

"Alright.", she said, following him to the seats. She sat down and waited for the movie to start.
