Forums » Looking for RP » Bridge Mix Galaxy looking for players (closed)

This Looking For RP topic is marked as closed, meaning it is no longer seeking new players.

The Bridge Mix Galaxy is looking for more players. We need students for the three different magic schools we have. After finishing at one of more these three academies, you'll have opportunity to do other things. Each academy will require you to raise a mythical pet of your own and depending upon what you choose to take, possibly a dragon.

Here's a link to the group: http://www.rprepository.com/group/group.php?gID=1753

Caldwell's Academy of Magical Talents
You learn all the Basic Core Elements here as well Secondary elements. There are two different courses here: Traditional and Draconic. You have the option to take one or both. Taking Draconic will enable you to raise a dragon of your own and eventually learn to ride it.

Aisling Morpheus Academy
AMA for short. This academy focuses on Withdom principles.

Zephyr Academy
The main focus for this academy is air magic. Plantology is the secondary focus.

Run by Lady Allison (Ninkitty)
More information: http://www.rprepository.com/group/group.php?gID=1753&page=forum&page2=Zephyr

Zephyr is open to at least one other teacher, however please send Lady Allison Tenile/Ninkitty (me) a pm about it if you're interested. Please include whatever class you are wanting to teach as well as your ideas on how you're going to teach it if you do. There are classes I have certain plans for. (most the information I am still working on) But depending upon your ideas, I'm willing to change those plans.

PLEASE NOTE - We prefer human characters!
Magic 100%
Mundane? What's that? Magic permeates every part of the setting. Almost everyone has access to strong magic.
Technology 60%
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat 30%
Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
Ninkitty Topic Starter

We are still in need of more people :)
Ninkitty Topic Starter

Orientation for new starts will be held tonight and tomorrow for anyone interested.
Depends. Magic power limitation? Lore limits? Mythical pet chosen by you or us? It was a bit hard to read the rp group due to the color setting.
Ninkitty Topic Starter

Pet is chosen by you. Would you like the link of available creatures? Most magic is based upon how well your character can concentrate.

I'm sorry about the color setting :(.

I could let Creator7 know someone had trouble reading it because of the color setting.
Reference my name in there. She should know. If not, a bit surprised if she will. Yes please.

Avian-Firebird

Updated 3/15/2017
Name of your Creature: Firebird
Submitted by: The Creator
Species: Avian
Family: Heat, Flying
Magical Affinity: Air, Fire
Habitat in the wild: Volcanoes, Desserts
Habitat in the home: Cages, Fire Proof Rooms
Preferred Food: fruits and nuts, flint and charcoal as a rare treat
In the wild, what predators does it have: Canines, Felines, some Reptiles
Life Span: 12 years
How it bears its young: ( live birth or egg) egg
How many young at a time: 1-3
The age of the creature is able to produce: 2 years
How often is the mother in breeding season: 2 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: Several Weeks
NOTES:
Egg or Live Birth: Egg
No one had ever seen a firebird egg until the first pair of firebirds were befriended and bonded. This pair is where the bond bird stock originally came from. Before, if one was very very lucky, one might find a piece of shell. The egg is an iridescent red flecked with gold. The inside is an iridescent cream color and resembles the outside of a pearl. The egg is about the size of a fist.
Young:
As hatchlings their colors are of ash and embers. Little birds are ravenous and must be kept warm. When they are hungry they must be fed a sort of smoothy made of various nuts, and fruits. A few supplements of calcium may be needed. Birds will molt and new feathers will come in place. One must be careful with the feathers, unless a feather is grown in, a damaged feather may inhibit a bird's ability to fly. One must be careful of blood feathers which are the newly growing feather. The hollow center of the feather becomes a vein and is filled with blood as its growing. If a blood feather is broken, the bird might bleed out and die.
Adult:
A perch and a tray to catch droppings will be needed, even if a window is left opened to let the bird come and go freely. It is advised that, a small tray of grit be provided to help the bird with digestion. As adults, firebirds become much more dangerous.*
Additional Information:
Brilliantly-plumaged birds of iridescent fire colors, firebirds eat only fruits and nuts. Their feathers are shades of red and orange. Firebirds give off false sparks along their tail at will, but when agitated (frightened or angered) they have a tendency to set things on fire. Firebirds are shy creatures that are easily frightened and therefore very dangerous. They are intelligent and flock together. They do not spit flames, but when upset they spark and set things aflame.*
A new bondbird stock was bred that is much calmer. It bonds with one person and forges a telepathic link. The bond bird stock is larger, and therefore heavier than wild firebirds. It has a proportionally larger brain as well. Bond birds communicate in simple thoughts and emotions usually, though some are smarter than others. Depending on the strength of the link, a bond bird and its bond mate can see through each other's eyes in a strange sort of double vision. This double vision will be disorienting and can cause nausea, but once you adjust and get used to it, it can prove helpful. Firebirds have long trailing tail feathers, and a delicate head and neck. Firebirds are rare.
Suggested equipment:
Egg sling, nesting box, cage, tall perch, ladders, bells, mirrors, rings, bird skates, boxes to put toys in (a hide and seek game) leash, cage cover, sandpaper perch, bird piano (will give out treats and can be set in a variety of ways), food dishes.
Bling and shiney things are great gifts!

Avian-Lyre

Updated 3/16/2017
Name of your Creature: Lyre
Submitted by: The Creator
Species: Avian
Family: Singing Bird
Magical Affinity: Air, Singing, Lulling, Song Spells
Habitat in the wild: Meadow Land
Habitat in the home: Cages, Rooms
Preferred Food: seeds and fruit or smoothies made from bugs, fruit and seeds
In the wild, what predators does it have: Canines, Felines, some Reptiles
Life Span: 25 years
How it bears its young: egg
How many young at a time: 2-3
The age of the creature is able to produce: 2 years
How often is the mother in breeding season: 2 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: 3 weeks in wild

NOTES:
Egg or Live Birth: Egg
Lyre eggs are brown and black speckled eggs. Lyre eggs take four weeks to hatch. Never forget to keep them warm and turn them from time to time.
Young:
Lyre hatchlings are brown and black colored. They have a strong curiosity in them which requires the owner to have plenty of toys to rotate in and out of its cage. As they grow they will need more room to stretch and exercise their wings.
Adult:
Lyres are high flying birds with a beautiful voice that can enchant anyone around. The wings are wide and there are 5 to 7 long tail feathers that extend beyond the rest. These tail feathers are what attract the opposite gender in the mating ritual. Once the lyre is mated it stays mated for life. If one of the pair does die first, the other one will mourn its loss with a melancholy song. Most do not remate again but live alone for the rest of its life.
Additional Notes;
Lyre is the largest of the singing birds, growing up to 30- 35 inches long with 2 to 5 extra-long feathers which have pale eye markings on them. These birds can and often do figure out how to get out of their cages due to mostly boredom. They will learn how to sparkle which will light up a room and spark out which is how they disappear into thin air. No known way to stop them but each one will be tagged with a communication gem tag for retrieval. They may be left alone.
The interesting things about these birds are that their songs have power. Their sparkle and sparking out is a noteworthy ability, and makes them useful as messenger birds, but these magic birds have another trick up their sleeves. Lyre's songs are captivating and enchanting like a charm. Lyre's song can effect emotions of those who are around it.

Avian-Shadow Crow

Name of your Creature: Shadow Crow
Submitted by: xXSINXx

Species: Avian
Family: Dark Magic
Magical Affinity: Darkness, Shadowing
Habitat in the home: Dark den boxes,
Habitat in the wild: Dark trees, caves, and abandoned buildings.
Preferred Food: Mice, Fruit, Nightshade, and herbal citrus water.
In the wild, what predators does it have: Canines, Felines, some Reptiles
Life Span: 15 Years
How it bears its young: Egg
How many young at a time: 1-2
The age of the creature is able to produce: 3 years old
How often is the mother in breeding season: every 3 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: 10 weeks
NOTES:
Egg or Live Birth: Egg
This egg is so black that it looks almost blue. It is an oval egg that stays cool.
Young:
The young is grey at hatching. The smooth skin is a light grey and it darkens as it gets older. This hatchling’s appetite is so voracious that it will push it’s siblings out of the nest so it can have all of the food. The parent must keep an eye on the hatchling for it will eat until it literally explodes.
Adult:
As the hatchling grows up to adulthood, its appetite will decrease and the curiosity increases. These birds will need a lot of challenging things to do and it would be best to have the toys in rotation and occasionally have a new toy for it to explore. A maze is a good toy for you can change the patterns of the tunnels from time to time.
Additional Notes;
One of the most if not the most intelligent birds in its class, the Shadow Crow are a mysterious species that have been known to "Spy" on prey or so the legend goes. As a hatchling, the crow gains sight. During the growing into a young aviator, the crow studies the darkness surrounding it. Since sight was the first sense the inherited, it's best for the Shadow Crow to be raised in the dark, for the lights can easily harm their eyes. As the crow begins to get stronger, the mother feeds it fruits, mice, and nightshade. The nightshade is what gives these crows the ability to form into a mist-like shadow of their former self.
As the Shadow Crow comes into adulthood, its mind has become the strongest thing in its entire body. The crow then realizes that its brethren are experiencing the same issue, Freedom. As the cycle goes, the Shadow Crow attempts to kill their parent using their power against them. The Crows then go their separate ways, after the major battle and most of them finding their own homes, but the more talented few choose to "Imprint" themselves on humans they deem worthy. If taken in by a human, the crow becomes loyal and learns to respond to names, sounds and if you’re talented sign language.
Shadow Crow (The Shadow Crow has the ability to become somewhat invisible, during this state the bird has to either wait for an opening to attack or just simply watch their prey, because its attack has to be enough to kill or wound their target so that they can eat or fly away and let the power cool down. While in shadow form if the bird attacks, it becomes visible and its cool down rate takes 5-10 minutes to complete)
Suggested equipment:
Egg sling, nesting box, Shadow Tree, bells, mirrors, rings, food dishes, bling, ID leg ring
A pouch containing nightshade, citrus fruit leaves, 3 dark energy gems (Shermie), A Reanimate dead spell page (From the Necronomicon)

Cerberus

Name of your Creature: Cerberus
Submitted by: The Creator
Species: Canine
Family: Deamon Hound
Magical Affinity: Earth, Fire
Preferred Food: Meat, Sulfur, Charcoal
Habitat in the wild: Volcanic
Habitat in the home: Fire Proof Room
In the wild, what predators does it have: Meat Eating Dragon
Life Span: 25 years
How it bears its young: live birth
How many young at a time: 2-4
The age of the creature is able to produce: 2 years old
How often is the mother in breeding season: every 2 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: 8-10 weeks

NOTES:
Pup
Puppies are born blind and deaf. During this 4 week period, the puppies learn how to find their way about using their keen hearing, sensitive touch and superior smell. They are fragile at this time and need a lot of milk to strengthen the bones.
Once their eyes and ears are open, there is no stopping them from their playful antics. Their hides are thick which is necessary because their razor sharp teeth can rip a chunk out of your arm. The mother is a strict disciplinarian and keeps the pups in check.
As the puppies grow into their huge paws, they will tend to be clumsy and uncoordinated which will endear them to your heart.
It is imperative that they be trained to heed commands from their master absolutely. Once they get older, Cerberus become considerably less friendly to everyone around. As they grow, the cute growling and play bites can become much less adorable. One should always be wary of their jaws, but never forget their claws or fire breath.

Adult:
Bloodthirst is strong in these creatures. If cerebrums are trained to not kill friends, make sure friends never show weakness or appear injured in its presence. Its keen nose will smell blood or sickness.

Additional Notes;
They are a one person animal and is very loyal to its master. Difficult to handle and must be left in the kennel when not with its owner.
Cerberus is the guard dog of the gate to Hade's domain. Some say Cerberus is a hellhound. How exactly a litter of Cerebus pups came to be is uncertain. The Cerberus pets are three-headed snarling little beasties. They are also smaller than expected. Whatever the case is, Cerberus looks and behaves like the guard dog in mythology.
Cerberus is much more surly and bloodthirsty than a Hellhound. Full grown Cerberus will only eat live meals and fresh kills. They are predators and only will follow one person. Training is extremely important if one wants friend's intact. Brute force may be needed to enforce commands if the Cerberus is not properly trained.

Suggested equipment:

Plenty of chew toys, fire resistant balls, Frisbees. You will need to have a leash, collar, food dishes, bed. One must beware of flames and gas so you might want a gas mask. Will need to have charcoal on a rare occasion. Burn muzzle, collar, leash, brush.
An instrument must be learned in order to control the Cerberus.

In the wild, what predators does it have: mankind, meat eaters

How it bears its young: live birth
How many young at a time: 2-4 kittens
The age of the creature is able to produce: 2 years old
How often is the mother in breeding season: every two years
How long does the young stay with the parent: 6-8 weeks

NOTES:
Young
When first born, Firecat kittens are not blind. Once cleaned up, they can see and hear clearly. However they cannot be taken from their mother until they are weaned in about two months. Young kittens must be treated like superior toddlers. They instinctively recognize danger. However, one must be careful with thoughts as much as words around firecat kittens. They hear thoughts as well as they hear regular voices. Kittens are mischievous and curious. When they learn jump, beware. It is a skill instinctive to them as swimming is to a fish. They'll likely get themselves or their caretaker into a lot of trouble.
Firecat Yearling kittens will not be able to jump a human around many times or very far. *Their second year it may be possible to jump a human a few times a week, provided they get superb care and the need is great.

Adult
It's body from tip of nose to base of tail is about three feet long when full grown. The length of the tail matches the length of their body. At this size their claws and teeth are quite large. Trees outside will do as well as scratching posts. By adulthood they've learned sensibility and become practical and vain creatures. They are formidable in fights. They are predators, never forget that.

Additional Information:
Firecats have cream colored fur and have the same markings as Siamese cats except that rather than brown their markings are a brick red. They have a triangular head and blue eyes. Firecats are fast and lithe. Their sense of balance is superb. They are flexible and agile creatures. They take three years to grow into adulthood, but they have the same lifespan as a man and are sentient as well as intelligent. Don't expect them to obey orders, don't even try to give them orders, cats will do what they want. Regard them as an equal and a partner, and you'll probably do alright.*
Firecats are a bit strange in their abilities. They are capable of mental magic such as telepathy and have a skill called jump.*The skill called jump is one of the stranger skills. It is essentially the ability to teleport. The cats can jump themselves around pretty easily, but it wears them down. The more they have to carry with them, the faster they're exhausted. Jumping a human around is extremely taxing and the cat will need plenty of food, water, rest and other care after jumping a human around. The further the distance of the jump, the more energy it takes. The more tired the cat is, the more likely something will go wrong.
Firecats do not bond themselves to *person like a bondbird or imprint like a fire lizard. They do, however attach themselves to a person. They can talk to anyone with their telepathy, but they choose who they help. They will be loyal to whoever deserves their loyalty. They are more of a partner than a pet.
Firecats have close ties to their families and no one can stop them from jumping to their families. Fire cats teach the kittens and all have their own names given to them by their parents.
They can be traced with a special communication gem but the cat will need to wear it and being a cat gives it the advantage for it can take the collar off if it should want to do so. It is best to encourage a close relationship with the kitten from the beginning.
Suggested equipment
Needs special collar, cat post, toys, litter pan, brush, comb, leash, food, bed, cat tree, litter pan

Species: Feline
Family: Big Cats

Preferred Food: Meat
Habitat in the wild: Jungle
Habitat in the home: a den like room
In the wild, what predators does it have: Mankind
Life Span: 30 years

How many young at a time: 1-2
The age of the creature is able to produce: 3 years old
How often is the mother in breeding season: every 2 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: 1 year

NOTES:
Young:
Kittens are blind and deaf at birth and their sight as well as their hearing come around 2 weeks old. They are very active, inquisitive and generally feisty. They are a pride type and like to have other cats about.

Adult
Adults can be very demanding at times. Once bonded with a master, these lions are able to take in magic from their master as long as it is channeled towards them and use it in a way to benefit itself in whatever current situation it is in.
They are very protective of their master and would protect the master with it’s life. They do play with balls and climb as adults. They can learn tricks if the owner would take the time to teach them.
They will even ‘Borrow their Companion’ which means that they can teleport their bonded companion to their side.

Additional Information:
Growing up to 300-500 kg, and a length of 8-10 ft maximum. Gold Lions are called so because of their coat, their mane, and even their eyes. A species' entire body is coated in a way that it would seem gold and it has a special characteristic where in it has the same shine as gold which sometimes confuses people; this is how a lion in the wild would feed. Animals drawn towards the gold shine were curious enough to come closer as the lion would stay still, then when prey is within striking distance, then it would strike.

Aside from that, these lions have a very powerful roar, a known characteristic even in earth lions, but this is not the only thing that makes this special creature very special. Once bonded with a master, these lions are able to take in magic from their master as long as it is channeled towards them and use it in a way to benefit itself in whatever current situation it is in. Very loyal, brave, and proud animals, they often seek for masters who have the same quality as themselves as the masters they have usually shape the adults they become.
Suggested equipment: Needs special collar, cat post, toys, litter pan, brush, comb, leash, food, bed, cat tree, litter pan

Shadow Cat

Updated on 4/6/20174/6/2017
Name of your Creature: Shadowcat
Your name to remember you by: The Creator
Species: Feline
Family: Shadow
Magical Affinity: Shadowing, Teleport, Telepathy, Jump
Preferred Food: small rodents, some grasses, fish
Habitat in the wild: dens
Habitat in the home: den like rooms
In the wild, what predators does it have: meat eaters
Life Span: 10-12
How it bears its young: live birth
How many young at a time: 2-4
The age of the creature is able to produce: 2 years old
How often is the mother in breeding season: every 2 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: about 6-8 weeks

NOTES:
Young:
They come into the world with sight and hearing, but must be weaned before they could be made into pets. They are the size of, and grow at the same speed as, a normal cat. They must be well fed and well cared for to grow. They need to be groomed and trained and kept out of trouble. It is up to their bondmate and others to raise them and teach them until adulthood. A healthy young shadow cat is always curious. They can often be found spying by their bondmate when they let thoughts slip down the link.

Adult:
It's body from tip of nose to base of tail is about three feet long when full grown. The length of the tail matches the length of their body. At this size their claws and teeth are quite large. Trees outside will do as well as scratching posts. By adulthood they've learned sensibility and become practical and vain creatures. They are formidable in fights. They are predators, never forget that.

Additional Information:
If you notice, shadows are rarely pure black, and so are Shadow Cats. Their furs are usually in patterns of grays, browns, and blacks. Shadow Cats are carnivorous creatures in the habit of stalking small prey. Shadow cats are about the size of your average house cat. As their legs are shorter, they have less speed than firecats. They are; however, easily overlooked.*
Shadow cats are capable of disappearing into shadows. They see at night just as well as they see in day. Their ability is different from jumping in that it is more stable and requires shadows. They are less combat oriented and naturally blend into shadows except for their brilliant emerald eyes. They can jump from shadow to shadow in a firecat manner. Their shadow jump ability is less exhausting than a fire cats jump.*
Shadow cats are not sentient in the way that firecats are. They are cunning and sneaky, but not as intelligent. They are like bondbirds in the way they relate to their owner or bondmate. They share an empathic and telepathic link with their bondmate. With their larger brains they are also better at communicating with their bond mate than a bondbird is.

Suggested equipment: Needs special collar, cat post, toys, litter pan, brush, comb, leash, food, bed, cat tree, litter pan

Mecheleon

3-17-2017
Submitted by: The Creator
Species: Reptilian- Lesser-Not Dragons
Family: Cave Dwelling
Magical Affinity: Illumination
Food: anything that grows in the fluorescent cave
Habitat in the wild: Fluorescent Cave
Habitat in the home: Artificial Fluorescent Cave
In the wild, what predators does it have: None
Life Span: 7 – 10 years
How it bears its young: live birth
How many young at a time: 2-4
How often is the mother in breeding season: once a year
How long does the young stay with the parent: it doesn’t

NOTES:
Egg or Live Birth: They like most Prosperous Cave inhabitants, start out very tiny. They grow slowly and are a plain grey.
Young: At this age, Mecheleon are starting to experiment with the various phosphorous colors that they are developing. They will spend hours each day hunting for the tree seed that they will cultivate into their own unique tree.
Adult: As an adult, each Mecheleon has developed its own color patterns and distinct personality. Their grippy pads allow them to grip their tree with ease. When they do mate, they mate for life. The female will leave their own smaller tree that they had built to live in the larger, more sturdy tree that the male has built. This tree is made of special secretions from the Ick Worms that they eat. The tree is grey so that Mecheleon can show off their colors well.
Additional Information: The trees are the home for baby Mecheleon who only take short trips off the family tree to eat. As it gets stronger, they forage further away until one day they don’t return to the family tree.
The adult males will keep an eye on the family tree and kick the ones who are too lazy to leave the tree then will force them to leave, die on the ground or come back to fight the adult male. If the rare juvenile, Mecheleon comes back to fight, the male will fight to the death of one of them. But if the juvenile does win, it will not ever mate until it forms its own tree because each tree will have its parent’s gene imprint on the tree. The female will also leave to find a place to die.
Suggested equipment:
Artificial Phosphorous Cave

Rodentia

Nunbola

Updated: 4/5/2017
Name of your Creature: Nunbola
Must take 2 because they are sociable creatures and will be too lonely and become depressed if there is not another Nunbola around.
Submitted by: Mafu
Species: Rodentia
Family: Frost rabbit
Magical Affinity : Ice, Water
Food: Nunbola are complete herbivores and prefer to eat dried out or frozen vegetation, with dried fruits being given out as an occasional treat.

Habitat in the wild: Typically found in the coldest regions of the mountains, usually near the mountaintops.

Habitat in the home: Special climate control room with den boxes
In the wild, what predators does it have: any meat eaters
Life Span: 18-25 years
How it bears its young: live birth
How many young at a time: 6-8
The age of the creature is able to produce: 3 years
How often is the mother in breeding season: every 2 years
How long does the young stay with the parent: 3-4 months

NOTES:
Egg or Live Birth:
Live Birth
Young: Nunbola are born fully-furred and with a complete set of senses, however, their newborn fur is nowhere near as thick as an adults. Not only that, but the reflexes of a kit are extremely sluggish, so they are kept in the center of Nunbola huddlings until they are at least three months of age. At this point their fur and reflexes are strong enough to sustain the Nunbola outside of their den.

Adult: As an adult, Nunbola do not grow very much past their three month stage, but their speed and snow buildup does seem to increase as they age. They become very attached at this stage as well, so it is suggested that a nunbola not be given to an owner that does not think they will be able to take care of it for the rest of its lifespan.

Additional Information:
Nunbola are very small creatures resembling a rabbit with a squirrel-like tail, growing up to weigh no more than 5 pounds as a full grown adult. They survive in the mountainous regions of the north through blending in with the environment and having both quick reflexes as well as speed. When caught, their body temperature quickly drops to freezing levels as a fear response and normally causes a numbing sensation to the predator in order to force them to release the Nunbola. Their coats range from white, grey, or white-blue in color and can also be found in a mixture of said colors. Nunbola are covered in a very thick, soft fur to protect them from the harsh temperatures of their natural habitat and even huddle together most of the time for extra warmth. Because of their fur being so thick, snow and frost seem to quickly accumulate deep within it, especially so considering Nunbola roll around in very fine snow to clean themselves. Nunbola can be seen shaking out their fur to release this frost from their coat and creating small mounds of snow by the time they are finished. By nature, these animals are very skittish of strangers and will take time, kindness, and a whole lot of dedication before they full bond with their owners. They tend to operate in large groups and as a result, will crave a lot of attention from their owner when kept alone.

Suggested equipment: A small insulated rocky den, chewing blocks, dried fruit treats, food, brush, water bottle, small collar, thick gloves for taming, pocket or other form of room on person to carry the Nunbola around in after bonding

Tree Toppers

Trios

3-17-2017
Submitted by: The Creator
Species: Tree toppers
Family: Trios
Magical Affinity: vocalizing very loudly, excellent hearing, superior eyesight
Preferred Food: tree leaves and occasionally eat Glow Rocks
Habitat in the wild: in the trees near Fluorescent Caves
Habitat in the home: Artificial Tree
In the wild, what predators does it have: None
Life Span: unknown
How it bears its young: By Budding
How many young at a time: one replica
How often is the mother in breeding season: every 3 years
How long do the young stay with the parent: they don’t

NOTES:
Additional Information:

It is a set of 3 monkey like creatures that have magical properties. One will be blind (based on 'See no evil') and will have the ability of vocalizing very loudly. The second one will be mute ( based on 'Speak no evil' - get the picture?) and will have the ability of excellent hearing. The third one will deaf (what else but 'Hear no evil' LOL) and will be fluorescent and superior eyesight.

When they are together- which is most of the time- their tails are wound together.
Breeding is unusual for it involves make a clone of itself on the tip of it's tail. Then they hunt for two other Trios (each Trios is made of the 3 individuals). Once there are 3 Trios that are receptive to each other, they find a place where they can sit and eat. The breeding takes place as they eat. The tails of each Trios unwinds and then the small buds form their own set of tails from the other 2 Trios .

She changed the color settings. Could you check if it's better when you get the chance?
Thank you~. Don't make it teal, try a little darker color. Usually dark color on light background or light color on dark background.
I just changed it to black. I hope it looks better! :)
Here is where a person would go if they want to join in the fun! I have found two other people who are waiting to start.

http://www.rprepository.com/group/group.php?gID=1753

A few people have asked me lately where I got my ideas. Well I will simply tell you how!

Most of the information, candies, and equipment came from my own imagination and the various books that I have read.

The why and how I came up with my world

I made this world to escape this one. I wanted a world where the laws make sense to me and give everyone a fair chance in making something out of themselves. Also the magic is different because it is controlled by special means.
The Magickal Core is the Imagination of a child. Some people keep their Inner Child with them and allows The Inner Child out to explore the world. It is what I believe keep a person young at heart.

There are two ways into My World. The old way is through a special picture that a student or teacher found somewhere. The new way and the way we are doing at the moment, is a letter that has a ‘virtual trunk’ enclosed inside. This signifies the leaving of home and Earth.

There used to be just Caldwell’s Academy of Magical Talents. I add The Draconic Arts to add more classes to the world.
After a while, people stopped posting and that world died. I now think and decide to create a whole new world in a new galaxy.

The name of my galaxy is a play on words and my favorite candy, Bridge Mix. You will find out that you have traveled across a bridge into the galaxy or a new life. The bridge is not ever burned because we need to go back to Earth or RL from time to time.
That is the base of my world and the reasoning behind it. You will find out that many books have been read and parts taken from them such as the various mythical creatures from myths around the world, dragons from the Pern Books, and Harry Potter among the ones I have read. Yet I have spun them about and recreated them to fit in my world.
Thank you for changing~. For the creature list, what determines a humanoid? Any examples? Does it talk? I'm curious about this one.(Since I tend to rp as two characters rather than one)
Humanoid is any creature that is made of two of more creatures. They can speak and may learn magic from their owner.

I have not made any up yet or adapted any from mythical lore except for one griffin for a specific person.

I prefer to have humans as students however.
If anyone wants a specific creature, you may make it up by using this form:
