As he lived on Earth ever since the beginning of time, he can never find peace with a person who's just like him. He knows someone is out there like them. I doesn't have any proof, but he "feels it in his gut" as he would say. But until he keeps seeing the same person over and over again (You), he thinks he's not the only one that's been alive on this Earth.
[The setting of this roleplay takes place in different areas of time. (WW2, Egypt, etc.) This is mostly a romance roleplay, but with a little action on the side. This is open to any immortal-type character. PM me if interested!]

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.

Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
