"Are you magic too?"

The question caught Drop off-guard. Talking wasn't one of the scenarios she'd imagined. "..Uim," she replied, forgetting to speak in English.

"Huh?"

(Gtg)

('Kay.)

Realizing her mistake, the shade translated. "Yes. You do magic as well?"

She moved from one shadow to the other. "Yes."

Still cautious, the girl looked her up and down like she might change into something else. "Prove it."

She stepped out of the shadows and floated

"..What are you?"

¨I´m a Demi-witch. Half human half witch. You?¨

"A shade," Moon Drop answered, a little less tensed.

¨Oh. What are you doing out here?¨

Drop went back to examining her wound. "Surviving."

¨Cool.¨

"And you?" The shade finished her spell, her cut completely gone with only the blood as a reminder of its existence.

¨Running away. My parents don´t like my power.¨ She slumped down a wall again

The first flicker of real emotion flashed over her face. Yes, she knew all-to-well about people misunderstanding those gifted with magic. She had been killed over it, as her mother had. Her father had been hung while her mom burned, and Moon watched from afar, hidden for a short while.

"..Do you have anyone to go with?"

¨No.¨ She looks up

Another small silence. "...You can accompany me if you wish."

¨Really?¨ You could hear the doubt dripping from her voice.
