“A witch is a mortal with magic flowing in them like blood in someone’s veins. A shade is the soul of a dead Xocat in their reanimated corpse that will never age. We live five years or less before departing altogether, and only have one purpose for being on Earth.”

"And what's that?" She glanced up to see the boys watching

“..A shade exacts revenge, usually by taking human lives.. just as I have for the last 340 years.” Her smile turned into sorrow as she looked up at Amber.

She looks up at her. "Really?"

Moon nodded somberly. “My point is, just because you took your parents’ lives, you aren’t a bad person. You can have friends, and I can help you control your magic. I’ve had plenty of experience.”

What she didn’t say was why she lasted three centuries more than any other shade had.

She nodded and walked over to Moon then hugged her. "Thank you."

Not usually one for physical contact, Drop didn’t make Amber let go. If it comforted her, then the shade would allow it.

She let go and looked over at the boys, upon seeing Sam she ran to him, jumping up she caught his neck and hugged him tight. "Oh I was so worried about you Sam. I'm sorry. It was all my fault. I shouldn't have run away."

The silver-haired woman chuckled softly at the two. It looked as though they were growing infatuated for the other.

Dean walked over to Moon as the two talked. "They're cute. Don't you think so?"

She hears a deer and runs toward it, burned and injured from earlier, but losing control and not feeling any pain

Amber walks towards the hotel with Sam in tow.

She quickly finds and kills the deer, then starts killing anything in sight

Thy walk to the hotel and go to Amber's room as to let the other two talk.

She finds the scent of humans and runs toward a group of teens

They sit there and talk for a while

She attacks and kills anyone in sight, moving to the city and destroying anything in her path
