Kuro shook her head, she knew she couldn't kill Danny. "I can kill my enimies, I can kill people I don't know, but I can't kill a friend." Her voice was pained as she hung her head. She had seen her friends kill themselves, other people kill them, but she never wanted to see that day she killed one of her friends. She gently put one hand on Danny's, the one that was in the shape of a gun, slowly pulling it away from his mouth. "I can't kill you."

"If I do something I regret then...I'm already dead" Danny lifted Her head "you wont be killing me, you'll be saving me" He gently grabbed her right hand and smiled "besides life is over rated" he laughed as he stood up

Kuro sat up and looked up at Danny. "It's more like hell for some." She mumbled under her breath then shook her head. "No matter what your still my friend and I promised never to kill a friend." She had promised over the first one of her friends who died graves that she wouldn't kill a friend. She's had her friends beg her to kill them for losing what was most important but she couldn't do and they end up killing themselves.

Danny looked into her eyes "Well if you promised that then I can promise this, I will learn to control these powers and I will try my best to not..." saying this made him doubt it "...to kill my brother" He smiled "here give me your hand" he smiled and held out his hand

Kuro sighed in reilf and stood up. She gave him hand, not knowing what he was planning. "What are you doing?" She asked, still looking into his eyes.

"You'll see" he smiled as he took her hand and kissed it She felt a slight burn on the back of her right shoulder "A present from me, for being there when I needed you". Her Yin-Yang necklace started to glow as a small dragon tattoo appeared on shoulder

Kuro was surprised by the slight burn and checked her shoulder to see the dragon tatoo. She had just noticed know that her yin-yang neckalce was out and hurrily put it back under her shirt collar. It was a sign of where she came from, Japan. Instead of English on the back it had ingravings in Japanese and she knew every word on the back of it.

he stepped back and smiled. he held his hand out, the camp fire seemed to dim as a ball of fire flewinto his hand hovering "here take it" he held it out to her

Kuro took the small ball of fire, it not quiet touching her hands but the heat of it didn't burn her hands. "How did...?" She trailed off, surprised at how he just did that and how she was abble to hold the fire ball without being burned.

He smiled "cool hunh?,now if you can so kindly call for your dragon" How did Danny know she had a dragon? " I can see him from the corner of my eye, I guess he sensed something was wrong" he said looking at the dark outline of a small dragon

Kuro sighed and blew a small whistle. A small gray dragon flew by and then landed on her shoulder. "I didn't even know he was there. I though I lost him again, he runs off way too much." The dragon glared at her.
"I'm the one who runs off too much? Looks who talking." He spoke in her mind, causing her to roll eyes.

"Hey the names Daniel" he said taking a bow "chicken?" he said to the dragon pointing at the now over cooked chicken. Danny smiled and said to Kuro "Since he doesn't know me I guess I'll have to merge you guys manually to show what you are capable of" He Touched Kuro's arm gently. Suta felt threatened and grew larger. He Growled at Danny but Danny just smiled, he looked over at Kuro, her Yin-Yang tattoo now glowing even more. the same Yin-Yang symbol appeared to be in Suta's eyes

Suta shrank down back to his previous size but still coutined to grow, not trusting Danny. Kuro sighed and looked over at him from the coners of her eyes. "Suta, calm." with that simple cammond, Suta stopped growling, Kuro had that control over him. Next thing she knew he was gone and she looked a little paniced. "What the hell happened to Suta?" She asked, looking Danny straight in the eye.

"Don't worry at that point you were both on the same wavelength" he looked up at Suta circling both of them. the Yin-Yang symbol still in his eyes "Suta it's okay i won't hurt you or her" he said smiling Danny looked over at Kuro "he's in the transformation phase. When the Yin-Yang Symbol appears in his eyes he's ready for you to merge with him, but you kinda gave him the wrong command" he said chuckling

"Huh? I didn't know I had to give him a command to merge." Most people would think Kuro insane for not wanting to merge with Suta because even though he was just a pet, he was her closest friend. He had been with her through everything from the experiments and sleepless nights to the fights and seeing death, the only other person that close to her was her brother but she couldn't go and see him without worry of her master threating to kill him if she didn't come back to him.

Danny smiled "Don't worry once merged you both become one, he is still himself if doesn't want to remain merged to you then he wont he can chose of wants to follow your command or not. when you're in trouble the best way for him to help would be for him to merge with you" he smiled and looked at Suta. Suta was small again Now back on Kuro's shoulder, the Yin-Yang symbol gone from his eyes "it's okay, really, he really does have his own say, if he is ready to merge he will, if he isn't then he wont" Danny gave Kuro a Reassuring smile

Kuro nodded and smiled back. "Alright, I was a little worried about that. Even though he is just a pet dragon, he is actually one of my closest friends. I've had him since I was ten and he knows about everything I went through during those years." She patted Suta's small head gently.

"Its getting late and i need to get back to crystal, hey I'll seeya tomorrow. how about we train together? Starting tomorrow i'll teach you how to control your new powers and I can teach myself to become 'Deaths' keeper rather than him becoming mine" he chuckled.

Kuro nodded. "Alright, but if we have to fight each other, don't go using 'Death' on me, I don't trust that guy or whatever it is." She let out a small laugh.

Danny smiled and winked at Kuro slowly walking back wards "well I'll seeya tomorrow, and don't worry I won't let anyone hurt you, ever" he turned around and ran "Catch you later Suta" a gust of wind blew and Danny just vanished
