There's three ways!

1) You can find them randomly just by moving around the main site
2) You can join the armory group and take some from the treasury

If you want to take stuff from the armory, go to the treasury and use the Give Items button.

Remember, if you have more items that you need, donating them to the armory gets you points for the event, too - including upping your chances of getting even MORE items!
