GF has been getting really into organizing battles. It's fun to watch.

we have one pink hulk, one purple cricket, three pink crickets, one purple basilisk and one green basilisk

And we know the aliens have one

I'm proud to join Novalyyn in that regard

it's a simple organization of strongest enemy to weakest, because you don't want to kill off a ton of green larvae accompanying a purple hulk then respawn ticks around and suddenly it's ALL a big block of purple hulks

this way if people have trouble bringing a wave low before respawn time, at least some slots are guaranteed to be occupied by only the weakest enemies from the last wave, as opposed to taking bigger aliens and giving them big beefy buddies

i wish i would have figured out and proposed this simple tiering before now!

Indeed. I've actually been squirming a lot when people kept going after the weak guys first, telling myself to just let them have fun killing what they feel they can.
