I'd already pushed the weapon in and it went past her.

Make sure you're at full health and push past her. I think Kim changed the way damage works in Doubutt, I notice that you don't die immediately from repeatedly bumping into enemies now

She froze when I bumped her, gave me time to get around her.

this is sorta puzzle related but also works in warrior chat i guess, but i'm kinda wondering if the sarpedon clue from puzzle8 node is about the rpr sarpedon boss dude?

Do you mean if it's a clue for beating it? (Kim referred to it as female, but the flavor text seems to avoid gender, and that might be a holdover from the spider queen boss.)

Ohh I was actually just thinking it was a clue to solving the riddle- like if the Sarpedon the riddle talks about is just the boss and not from warhammer 40k or anything else, but I could totally be wrong :'D

So ray guns work well on this fella

But Kim did say that not everything will be a reference to external fandoms, that we have a solid enough foundation to have our own things to use.

Mm... I wonder if ray guns are easier to crit with? It's ray gun that I keep seeing people talk about critting with, and Kim did say there were variations on things like accuracy.

Mm, going by stats... it's easier to crit with energy blade, but a crit with a ray gun is more effective.

...ray gun has same attack bonus and multiplier as honor blade (both better than energy blade), but also does an extra 1d8 damage over honor blade.

So yeah, ray gun is best for Sarpedon other than maybe grenades and rocket launchers.
