You need 1-9 kudos, if you hit 10 with characters then you don't qualify I'm sure

might be a bug then - there's been a few bugs with unlocking stuff.

None of my characters have kudos and I have less than ten, yet it's not unlocking for me either.

I have 8 kudos. So I do fit the bill!
