Okay help me out riddlers T_T with the heavenly node..

Everything I'm seeing online is that when there is a space disaster, vehicles either go to ISS or another shuttle named STS-400 goes out and rescues them. Neither of these options work.

I believe we're looking for something that is "standing by for rescue."
But maybe the answer is the "bold end of a chapter is history"?

I get the feeling we're looking at an event that was brought into existence by a tragedy, which has created a.... what's it called.... a protocol? A prompt to change the way we do something due to safety?

Was there anything notable about the missions that led to the disaster? Any special people from the rescue team?

Everything I read about high disasters was related to some kind of foam thing in the wings..not sure what it was I'd have to go back and look.
