Wow, I did some bad math. I change my guess to 769

So I don't even know if I did the math right, I just did this
Average of the heights = (64+65+66+67+68+69+70+71+72) / 9 (612 / 9 = 68 ) + weight (700) = 768.

That's definitely a possibility, but "Averages processed in operational order, " makes it seem like it's more complex. Hrmm.
