I have found my highly advanced
ALIEN TECHNOLOGY
Omg.
o-o
...never liked that show
Thankfully I'm not one of the annoying fans.
How do we progress?
How do we progress?
Idk. Also I had an AI?
I thought it was an android
I had an android?
Yeah it was a vocaloid wannabe.
I have lost memories.
You never got to fully play it out, but I remember you wanting to have Hatsune Miku swoon the hearts of the masses. Didn't you listen to the news broadcast? Jeez.
I had the android. Nano and Silent were both fleshy meat bags as I remember.

And I was the late entry with the third race to round everything out
(Chimera)
(Chimera)
Oh yeah the singer. Now I remember.
Even fleshier meatbags. Right.
I remember before the rp sputttered out wanting to throw a plot line that perhaps some or a majority of Chimera players might have been killing/sabotaging (insert city name I've completely forgotten) players since it catered to Human and Android facilities, plus thematically Chimera had ties to the Big Bad Mutants than the other races. It'd explain their absence in the previous story bits we did. Never got around to putting it out there.

I always pictured chimera as a solitary race, this is why theyed separate themselves from the others. That and for some reason they suffer from random accounts of racism.(you know who you are.) id imagine they make their homes in the remote places or parts of the badlands,
Sounds dope. I don't mean to undermine it, but why would Chimera players naturally seperate themselves from playing with the other races? Are they all akin to Khajit in Skyrim or your particular thieving rapscallion? I guess their use of "natural" weaponry and abilities is enough of a reason for healthy competition between play styles. Sort of like... pure mages in Dark Souls. Fighting / playing as a mage in that game is very different from typical melee. Some people love it and most people hate fighting against it. I'm taking it's similar to how Human and Android players view Chimera.
Ah it was Akane.
The chimera by far ( I'd like to believe.) are the fastest race, they rely on their heightened senses of smell, hearing, and sharper vision. This, combined with their inability to receive technological implementations sets them apart from the other races. Players who choose to play chimera are usually seen as preferably thieves or melee players. They see the ability to strike a quick blow and escaping range quickly as a necessity, and thus can often be called cowards by players of other races.
I can equivocate chimera to Rogues in standard rpgs just as androids are equivalent to mages. And humans are your standard strength based warrior class. Though in most rpg titles, the humans tend to have a fair balance of everything.

I dig it. It makes me think. Sounds like a plausible race set up you'd find in a an actual game, which makes me want to poke holes in it. Can't think of any though.
I hadn't equated Androids to mages and humans into warriors until just now. It makes perfect sense with how difficult it is for gearheads to repair themselves and humans can just drink some Monster energy drinks and be good to go. It fits pree' darn good, save that Androids are just metal-cannons as opposed to glass-cannons. I need to take some inspiration from wizards and turn spells into sci-fi tech for funzies.
On a side note, we should probably portray human characters as a bit more hard to kill if we're going with that comparison. We blew through a lot in season 1.... like, a lot. Hmm. Eh, like you said, they are all 'rounders.
Signing off for tonight. I'm talking too much.
