Also I forgot...did we have an in game monetary system before?
Obsidi is an exclusive race that has, tremendous social and powerful value as a race. Everyone wanted to be one, so the developer made a player limit of how many Obsidis there are. Which is a sub total of only 5,371 players. Which out of 10 million players, that's not a lot. They are LITERALLY rare to come across. And are really difficult to get your hands on the race type. Most IRL players who are obsidis are either lucky, or IRL rich.
Sorry, my words are so jumbled right now, you might as well be trying to do scramble.
edit: Maybe a bit more then 5 thousand but y'know what I mean. HIGHLY exclusive.

We had Chesire and Silent dealing in the millions but I forget if we used U.S. moneys or just left it vague. Got any ideas Jack? I thought about using bullets or the metal jackets around bullets for the theme but maybe that's dumb.
Sounds all right to me Sp8s. I'd think that a lot of people in the fanbase would naturally be really pissed about the whole limit, but that's probably what the developers are going for.
Edit: Did you sleep Sp8s?

Well considering the new council, I am expecting inflation but probably not. Yes we were using millions but it was the game money system, rather than the US money but I presume they're close in or I use it close in amount for ease. I am going to say is that Silent got a single micro chip from the fight. However I am debating whether or not to tell you guys what's in it but let me ask something. Spider do I have permission to put a little lore to the creator of Bullet Fuse and the use of the creator's authority?
You have my blessing robinn
Okay now I have the holy...or unholy blessings depending on Spider's taste, Silent went on a hiatus after the boss incident. Not sure how long. His weapons that was still on market was bought in a frenzy. The council started to hunt him down for his talents with a wanted post that is quite a huge number. Nano was still in touch with him via other media but no reason why he went offline. It was till recently he returned. His AI Akane Stella still went on singing and stuff.
I presume that with the new limited gun creation regulation, the engineer and scientist classes are gonna be really hard, if not, impossible to master and that those people who start or experience but not proficient had to switch class due to the class being useless? So there would be a really low player count for those classes?
I just got excited by talking about this =w=
With the weapon regulation thing, I think it'd be much more fitting if the vast majority of Engineers and Scientists simply don't have the resources to keep up with superior Obsidai technology which has become increasingly common among those powerful Guilds. The Council naturally controls who has the best weaponry in Paradiso and the Obsidai themselves are the only ones able to craft more (B'cause aliens R sm4rt). The player Engineers and Scientists just can't keep up, giving rise to more offensive and standard classes to join a Guild and be their soldiers in the hopes they will be gifted better gear through service. Any upstart solo players or guilds trying to be E&S's would probably be run out of business just like mega corporations like walmart and mcdonalds beat out mom&pop shops. Or they hire assassins like Chesire to take them out of the game for 3 days.
Edit: I just envisioned a poor Obsidai player being forced to produce more and more tech until he rage quits the game by how much fun he's NOT having playing.
Inflation is always a problem in MMOs. I could link an inciteful video on it by ExtraCredits on Youtube, but who got time for that? Suffice to say that it's only been a year. Inflation shouldn't be an issue... unless you want it to be a ridiculous joke. Like, a magazine these days costs 100K. I wouldn't worry about it otherwise.

Mmm that makes sense. That means the class would be nearly zero.
...I haven't played enough mmo games to understand most of your posts guys.
Credits are earned by doing quests. Quests are unlimited amount because NPCs have infinite money. Thus, an inflation occurs. When the first quest is done, it's $100 into the pocket of the player. For every 1000 players, there's going to be 100,000 money in circulation, thus making each money value less. Each time the person does the quest, the money goes down in value because there's more money out in the player's base. Hence why you sometimes see people sell items worth $100 million credits in which one can never afford unless you play a lot.
Well...you just predicted a digital stock market crash.
And for the weapon regulation. Weapon making classes in MMORPG requires you to make weapons to more proficient at making them. The more weapons you make, the more proficient. You sell them, you get money. Thus you get more materials. Usually weapon making classes are not classes but as jobs. If they are class, then it's a lot harder for them to get exp if they can't make weapons. No more making weapons means no more getting exp from making weapons. No more making weapons means no more money and better weaponry. Thus resulting the very death of the class unless you are a very masochistic gamer. There are more negatives than there are positives. Thus it's easier to blaze through quests using other class than a class that has a large restriction on it.
A game's stock market, if it exist, doesn't actually crash. If the shops in the game are set to a certain number without adjusting inflation and enough people are buying and selling items, the inflation rarely occurs. However since you got really expensive items and high tier classes while limiting the rest of the player base to a certain skill/level, an inflation occurs. The idea behind leveling up and questing is to push the players onto another level. If you stop the leveling and also place a high tier class that can churn out very high quality items, inflation occurs because players that sell will adjust their price accordingly to the new quality items. Thus inflation occurs. If leveling doesn't stop, then inflation will occur slowly but rarely happens because the mechanics of the game hammers out the inflation by giving them quests and newer skills which may replace the quality items later on.
Agreed, Robinn's got the gist of it despite how difficult it is to get without some sort of experience with it. I'm habing trouble getting somethings being said.
Although you have to account for all of the printed money through quests being burned by buying said materials which regulates this inflation. I'd make a ball-park guess that it would become a problem in 5-10 years, not just 1 is all I was saying.

I reccomend this helpful video to get an idea of what we're talking about.
The other stuff about weapon reulations and High Council bull is just typcial sci-fi cyperpunk tropes. I've never seen or heard of an MMO (I dont play MMOs either) that has had players band together in order to make a government. It's an interesting idea you don't need prior knowledge to play arund with. Is there anything specific you want clarification on?

Actually there is a corporation. It's called EVE Online which gives you almost full access to anything. Governments are tend not to be made because regulations and laws cannot be enforced on a large scale without the help of the administration.
I forgot about EVE! That is truly a crazy game full of crazy stock-brokers. You guys should look up some stories from that game.
I mean someone lost around $330k in the game.
EVE had one thing missing though.
What you guys forget is that Bullet Fuse is a Virtual Reality Simulation program, which means. The game feels, real. It looks real, and it hurts real time (if you have the settings like that. For your masochist players.) But what's most important is that psychological trauma is a thing that can band people together, especially those who have lost their sense of what true reality is.
