Takes cigar and stomps it out on the ground This is a smoking free zone luv.
Lol
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO melts
...I just realized I’m playing the only dude(whose actually a dude in both biological sense and by choice. This was not meant to offend anyone.)
It wouldn't offend anyone sane.
You forgot Silent.
Silent is now a kimono wearing hottie so.
Well kimono transform as a labcoat with lab attire. The touch and feel is there. It's only temporarily. He still hasn't fix the gender changing thing.
So... the Kimono is now a lab coat. I think we need a unique name for it.
Edit: You can go ahead and write us going to wherever Silent is heading, unless he's going alone.

I dig that idea of just setting the suit on commands to execute while you lay back and ponder how you can more effectively kick butt while INSIDE the suit.
I wish I could curse on this site.
Anyways. I think it's strange to have an accident ingame and have it persist when players die all the time and respawn days later no problem. Can anyone think of a way to make that fit? Like, a permanent debuff that'd explain the need for Thea's augments?

Maybe it was a random event?
Well. What if human players, have a disadvantage due to their cybernetics that if a human limb is cut off (by whatever means) they HAVE to get cybernetic parts to replace the missing limbs?
Say like her entire being was permanently compromised. She couldn't be alive at all without this cybernetic system.
Internal organs all compromised. Basic functionality. Everytime the character is revived dead with 30 seconds to two minutes.
I..... Don't think that should be a thing? Just because it seems pointless from a game mechanic view.
Look at SAO. plenty of things that wouldn't happen in a real game that happen and it still a good anime. Things that happen in a story != a real game.
Okay, but see there's a diffrence? SAO didn't have a respawn system. Bullet Fuse does. There is no life threatening situation when it comes to the game.
You die, 3 days lock out. End of story.

....I remember joining because I like SAO when I was watching it...I sort of just stuck around after that...it’s a VR mmo....I don’t care if it’s even similar to the show. I just love the concept.
We're doing our best to keep our ridiculously OP, neat, and unique event ideas in the context of a game. For example, Khae's character Leka was given a unique race via a glitch/event that's yet to be explained, but could happen in this experimental VR game.
I get the organ functionality and everything. If Thea were to respawn, I'd imagine she'd do so with the suit however. No game would be designed to be so cruel! Could you imagine the hatemail... and imagine the body horror? *shivers*
Sp8's idea is an interesting way to explain it... but then cutting off an arm of a character is 10x worse than just killing one. And does that mean every human player who is exploded by landmines would be put into Thea's situation? It doesn't exactly work because everyone would eventually turn into androids given enough time.
With the random event idea, what do you guys think of a Unique weapon/technology that caused permenant character damage? That sounds in the realm of possibility. Another idea could be a hacker completely messed up Thea's character when he was showing off how he'd cracked the game's code.
And of course, this can be all be explained easily if Thea herself chose the augments. The tragic accident part is just tricky to put into context of a game.
I was about to type a rant on SAO but Ill just cut that. You guys have to read so much of my blabber anyway.
