"Yeah." He sits up and sighs.

"Hard time sleeping as well?" Jean could tell by his sigh.

He nodded and rubbed his arm.

"Same here." Jean stood up and streached.

Blood leaked from his mouth as he winces.

Jean noticed the smell of blood and looked over at Xaos. She walked other to his side, concern in her eyes. "Are you alright?" She gently wiped the blood away with her slevee.

He nods and sighs."It's nothing...."

Jean sighed. "Just tell me, if it is nothing then there isn't a reason not to tell me."

"I need to kill..." His hand shakes.

Jean put her hands over Xaos's and looked up at him in the eye. "Then we need to find your enemies."

He nods and hugs her."Everyone but you is my enemy."

Jean hugged Xaos back. "How is that? Do you truly hate everyone but me?"

"Yes." He holds her close and looks down.

Jean sighed and looked up at him.

He kissed her head and held her tight."Maybe I am worthless without killing....It what I was born to do."

"Don't say that about yourself!" Jean looked Xaos straight in the eye. "You're not worthless and you shouldn't think that you are."

"well I am." He looks down.

Jean held his face in her hands, making sure he was looking straight at her. "No you are not. I don't want to hear you ever say that you are again, you hear me?"

"Alright." He smiles at her.

Jean smiles as well. "Good."
