Andrew could barely remember what had happened. He was on board the evacuation helicopter leaving the city when something jumped on the side and tore the tail of the aircraft before being chopped to bits by the propeller.
The helicopter was sent spiraling down as the pilot attempted to futilely gain control. A mutant had managed to get on board, it's long, blade like arms having sliced the tail off. The helicopter did barrel rolls over the terrain of the war-ravaged city as it hit the ground and Andrew was knocked out upon impact.
He woke up to see only a small number of survivors around him. His black and grey fur was slicked over with blood and he couldn't feel one of his arms as he slowly pulled himself out from under the cruimpled door of the whirlibird.
"H-hello?"

A young lady passed by and saw him.Her eyes showed no emotion but her face happy to hear someone.The lady's name was Kiroro.She was blind but wasn't defenseless.She stopped,hearing someone and turned in his direction.Her cheek was sliced badly and she should have been dead by then.

Her sweet high-pitched tone was heard enough for him to hear."Hm? I-Is there someone there?"

"H-Help," the anthro wolf cried out, "Where are you? Please help..."

Her head turned again as she walks towards him.Her long black and blonde hair braided.Her eyes were a light,and pale green,showing that she was blind."Are you alright?"

"Did you not here that explosion?! I'm in the wreckage of a helicopter!" he cried angrily and finally looked down at his arm to see a bone jutting out.

(Did you not read all of the first post? Even when you're blind, a helicopter crash is hard to miss)

She got in closer and pulled him out.She stayed quiet then on.

"Thank you," now he looked at her eyes, "You're blind..." he said, "My arm... The bone is sticking out," he whimpered.

She grabbed his arm."This will really hurt,but I promise it will be better when I'm done." She felt the structure and knew how it was suppose to be.She pushed his bone back into place quickly.She did it fast to make sure his vitals didn't drop.

She then tore her clothes and wrapped it around his arm.

He shakily stood and hugged her, "T-thank you," he held her tightly.

"You're welcome,sir." She hugged back and wiped the wound on her cheek,smearing the blood a little.

"What happened to you? Mutants?"

She nods slowly."But I got away." She puts her hand on her braid."Is there anything else that hurts on you?"

"I'm sore all over, but I'll be fine. I can't feel my arm though," he whimpered, "And you're lucky. As far as I know, you're the only person to ever get away from a mutant... Those arms cut the tail clean off the helicopter."

She nods."I heard my family get slaughtered." She reached out to him and traced his jawline. "So what's your name,sir?"

His fur stood a bit on end at her touch but he quickly calmed down, "I'm Andrew... You?"

"I'm Kiroro." She smiled and felt a little dizzy.She had gotten knocked out befor she found him so she would be a litte dumb.She out her hand to her head.

"Are you alright?" he asked and put a hand on her back, "Come on," he guided her into the flaming helicopter as he heard the hollers of the mutants.

She was lightly startled by the sounds and she covered her mouth.She knew she would at least grow even more scared and squeal.

"Don't move," he warned her as he pulled her down and below the body of the pilot.

She stayed quiet but her small and frail body slightly shivered.
