Don't worry!! We all started from the beginning, you're not stupid. You're learning! Let me check out your code.

woops I forgot to add the end piece there to the bottom of the code-but rest assured it's there I just had a blep in copying it down. woops.
Oh! I was wondering about that, do you have the full code for me? Right now it looks like you forgot to close with an extra [/ columns ] at the end, but if it's included in your original code I'll have to see what else is up

Here we go.
Thanks! Okay, when I paste this code into a widget, it all looks pretty good to me like here:

What about this do you need changed? I'll try to walk you through it so you can understand why it behaves the way it does and how to fix it up.

well you can see the text on the er- uhm...my righ or your left.
Uhm My right???? the column that begins with ORIGIN. If you see that you'll notice the fact that the text looks like it's going to spill out of the border edge. The text column on the left seems to have a good reasonable amount of space and looks centered.

In the example, I keep spamming everything looks perfectly centered and tidy for them.
I'm way too OCD for my own good.

Ah yes! I see what you mean now.
That has to do with the text at the top of the column - the line with the 90 degree corners at the top?

Make it longer by adding more dashes until it takes up all the width to encompass the text inside. The columns will expand based on the content inside, so if the text is wider than the dashes are, it will look like it's overflowing
Refresh the test page and see the difference between the top and bottom bars. Is that what you intended?

How many estimated dashes? I'm so OCD I need it centered. X'D
That kind of depends on the template and how much space there is. Best way to try it out is to keep adding some dashes, save, refresh and see how much more you need to add (or remove!)

Alright, thank you. By the way! you know how the got the link text to be a different color? .w. cuz by default it's purple.
That is typically done with CSS! Some people copy an official RPR template over into a custom template, and then edit small things like link color to make tiny changes while keeping the rest of the layout original. I'm afraid that's not possible with BBCode
....I tried what you said and now it's off centering more text. I'm gonna scream >X'D
The list in the example seems more condensed...is my text too big? is it the template I dont understand things anymore.

Oh yeah, that's an issue with the template - the content area is pretty narrow and the size of the columns (with the text) is too wide to fit once you adjust, so it expands beyond that. Not a whole lot to fix there, other than either reducing the content to a more manageable size, or picking a template with a wider content area.

Ok I'm using a different template however the "NAME" row column is still off center.

Yes! Hmn wonder if there is a way to tidy/condense the text more without making an extra column so it isnt as long...
