I decided to actually post a commission prices list. But if you're just here for the art you can scroll right past that and stare for free.

Good to know!
I have an unorthodox attachment to beards, actually. I'll draw ladies once in a blue moon though. Its not like I can't draw them, I just tend to have less lady characters and thus, less practice.
Thanks! I worked on that a little while ago. I think it was the beginning of the year. If you're saying you want to make a glowy character to get a commission by all means, I could use the money and creative practice! But I digress. The first two are mine, although the second is not really an OC as much as he is a character for the WoW setting. I was going to create him with Legion but money problems got in the way, so I just draw him instead. He'd have created such mischief.
The rest are not mine, though. Glowy white haired guy is me experimenting with Arthas' design. I didn't much like how they -almost- made the armor reasonable but kinda stopped halfway.
The first boy in grayscale is Amaury. I actually already wrote some stuff about him, he's a hoot. I think.

Hehe. Legion is just the newest expansion pack for WoW, at the moment. It refers to the Burnig Legion, which in lore its just an army of clunky, strangely green demons that want to take over the known universe and worship a fallen god. I'd explain everything but its very boring, actually :x
I wish I knew how to model stuff. Feel like I'd have good work if I did! Heh. And one of my fav artists used 3d models to cheat on complicated designs in his comics, and they came out great. Maybe one day.
The armor thing is probably one of the reasons I never really stick with an MMO. Some of the mid-level gear is nice, not 100% realistic but not unbelievable either. Then you get to this point where you're all macho, and then the design team just kinda flips on its initial ideas and you're suddenly wearing giant skull squares on each shoulder with metal a few inches thick.
I have a black american shorthair named Smokey. The family just calls him Mokey or Momo. I think he's probably been called his real name like ten times in his entire life, which is a while. Thirteen years, actually. He's a sick boy though; he has CRF, but he was diagnosed with that a year ago and his most recent blood work revealed very little changes so that's fantastic.

I will have to look Portrait Studio up, then. I've never played Age of Wushu but the way you phrased that made me imagine you were selling folks on the black market to satiate your crafting addiction. Which is actually a funny thing to glean from that, imo. The velvet menace!~
He's ok. Any kind of renal failure is an eventual death sentence if you're not rich and willing to adopt a new cat but its like he doesn't even have it. Mind his prescription diet is important but he's actually been doing a lot better these past couple of years than before. My family is not good at managing non-medical diets. For any kind of animal, including us. So he was pretty obese for a few years... but now he's back to his old climbing habits, and he seems a lot happier for it. He's also a fussy boy though. If you don't feed him on time he will meow and bite your calves. I personally think its all part of his charm.
And I know, its terrible that he was obese in the first place but I wasn't the person feeding the animals back then. There was a lot of strife in my immediate family those years, I suppose it affected everyone. But family stuff aside.
He's a good boy. My gf has been working on making him a cat fort, since we get a lot of boxes from amazon for certain groceries. He loves it so far.
Edit: Working on stuff. Gonna post it here cause... why not?

That sounds like a pretty decent crafting system. Or at least I think a lot of that sounds like crafting.
Either way, the mention of drunken brawling makes me think WoW pulled that idea from those guys. Well, maybe. The monk class in WoW has a tanking spec called Brewmaster that basically uses a drunken fighting style all the time. The reason for that is that the whole 'brewmaster' thing is tied in with earlier games so its just automatically correlated with monks.
PVP in general used to be my favorite part of MMOs so I get you about the thrilling aspect. Used to be in a guild that did in game roleplay where PVP was a factor. As a result I ended up getting decently good at it. Trouble was people associated good PVP with things it didn't necessarily imply about the character I played so it got confusing, dramatic and political.
I'd brought the fort thing up to my GF before she actually started with it, I wanted to base it off of a castle because of what I'd seen from Cole and Marmalade's channel. So far it doesn't have a distinctive shape and I think we'll need to do some cleaning around here before I can add to it. xD
The beard thing has been an obsession of mine for years. Its probably unhealthy but its also very cathartic. Also sometimes I have trouble with the lower face so I'll just go "ACH" and scribble on it instead. #Artistconfessions. The satyr's beard was entirely on purpose though. I wanted to go for an elderly seer/druid vibe.
Edit: Can you guess what mister satyr is for?

That makes me think of candy crush, but with better food. Now I'm hungry. ;_;
If that is the case then its likely. I don't know much about martial arts at all. I mean I've started taekwondo recently but I haven't exactly been good at consistency.
Shoulders are a pain to draw, in my experience because they are almost paradoxically simplistic and extremely varied at the same time. You have your muscle-y shoulders, your normal 90 degree shoulders, shoulders risen because of a hunched posture or raised hands, etc.
If you enjoy giving them things like that you have a lot more patience than I do xD usually I make characters detailed only if its relevant to who they are. I have this hero archetype who's massive and tall but is also actually a jeweler, and he makes stuff for his childhood friend who's extremely stylish and proud of his work.
I get asked to draw them in detail once in a while and I flag after an hour or two, there's usually so much to consider x_x
I'm hoping to make him a contest entry, yeah. Ofc I won't keep that grey background once he's done but for now its good for spotting my usual flaws (messy linework/coloring).

Its a bit of a bump but this post isn't without its own reason. Wanted to show off my new baby Eike.
He's got a bit of the flat eye syndrome but in my pictures who doesn't? Pretty happy about that smirk. And the stache.

Thanks! I had a burst of inspiration for eike. Spent a while waiting for it, too.
@paranoid_party
my urge...to commission you...if only...I could
@paranoid_party
I call him 'baby' because of his personality really, the few cases I've actually rped him people have been fond of him.
@CanadianBacon
You know now that you mentioned that here I'm gonna encourage you to commission me. xD If you want to you could post information here, via pm or I could give you my email. Figure its easier to do that here. I should really just post prices, lol
