The bell sings through the silent streets, its song a horrible reminder of what is to come. 'dong! dong! dong!' 8'oclock, not a single person walks the streets on this night, as creatures of the night make home to the dirt, gravelled streets below the old houses.
"No! Stop!" Fran yelled, panicking as Al ran out into the street. "We have to save him!" Al's words stroke through the silence like a knife, his feet crunch against the loosened rocks underneath him. He can see his child up ahead, being taken by one of the dark ones. But it's too late, Ben disappears around a corner a good forty meters ahead. Al races as fast as his poor feet will take him, but the corner reveals nought but another empty street. "Ben!" Al cries as Fran catches up to him. "Ben!" he cries once more, but no answer. Where did he go? Al's words ring through his mind, out in the forbidden dark.
Is it too late for Al, Fran and Ben?

The citizens of demise is an H.P Lovecraft inspired setting about a small family who has their child taken from them by the creatures that lurk the streets at night.
I am looking for someone to play either the role of Fran, a loving mother who just wants to get her son back. If you're interested in H.P Lovecraft and are interested in exploring an inspired world I have created, then please feel free to hit me up!
This is planned to be a Long-Term role play.
On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
