It's Los Angeles, California. Near future, 2020; going on. Experimentation is continuing now, due to the heightened curiosity of reproducing, and crossing, rare genomes, and chromosomes. A flier or ad was sent out. Ten subjects of various races, ethnicity, and background will be chosen throughout the western United States. And another ten from East. From the West, a ride is supposed to pick the ten up. Then, like a Road-Trip, drive them from there, to Nevada. From there, planes are scheduled to pluck them from each location, to another location, to another location, until all twenty meet within Washington D.C. You know, for revues, vague testing, doctoral visits, etc. etc. After a week within testing, the chosen twenty will make their way over towards Japan. Akita Japan, that is. From there, further testing will be given out. Hopefully you're not squeamish of blood, and frightened of needles.

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Details: Occasional dice use, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.
