Writer’s block and I are best friends. It’s probably because I take my writing too seriously at times and overthink the details so it never ends up on the page… Well, then how do I solve this you say, care a little less? Sometimes I do and the words flow a little easier. At least until I start to care again.
I’m Glimey and I overthink to the point that it’s a burden, and I would love to participate in a Roleplay because at one point in time those sorts of things brought me great joy.
yup, that’s a fitting intro

Welcome to RPR!
Curious - are you hoping to be able to loosen up a bit with your writing, or are you just warning us to be patient with you?

Greetings and welcome to RpR, new friend. Please do enjoy your stay. It's nice to meet you
Welcome to RP Repository and good news, I had writers block for the past couple of years and it lifted after I started roleplaying.
Hope RP does the same for you. Curious though, what kind of stories do you like to write?

Welcome to RPR! I think writers are often stuck in a cycle of self-criticism. Just remember that roleplays are only for fun. Anyways, let us know if you have any questions about the site.
Hello and welcome to RPR! I hope you make lots of friends and enjoy your time here!
Thank you for your welcomes everyone.
@Navalyyn, In all honesty, it was just the first thing that came to mind when faced with an introduction, but my intentions were indeed to get back into roleplaying to "loosen up" so to speak. I would like to improve my writing skills while participating in something that brings me joy, hoping to avoid that dreaded writer's block with the help of some fellow writers. I guess cultivating relationships (making friends) in the process, ones that will help me advance my skills as a writer.
@Tarin_Reese, It varies a ton, I pretty much enjoy all genres when it comes to roleplaying, and typically write whatever the creative side of my brain is gravitating towards at the time. As an individual, I have spent a lot of time writing Comic Book Scripts, incomplete books, and what I like to call my unknown personal projects, these of which I do not have a specific category for. These works include some Occult Fiction, Super Hero Fiction, Science Fiction... its kind of all over the place.
(i guess maybe i should've used the reply buttons...)
