(I'm here!)
(Someone post, please?)
((hitting a busy streak this weekend but I'll get the ball rolling some))
Twig smiled back at the girl, happy that she had finally cheered up. Then he turned towards the Prince, Unwilling to let the silence continue.
"So Ignas, your Counter part said we were going to meet his dad. Care to elaborate or am I gonna have to trail you till you decide to speak up?"
((My suggestion is that we establish a goal for this party. That way when things get slow we can fall back to achieving that goal. Or if Raider already has one in mind then we need to figure out what that is.))

(I was planning on introducing the plot slowly.)
((I see, I assume when we meet the dad who I assume is the king? A slow start is perfectly fine and useful for establishing character relations. I'm just saying that keeping the current goal in mind is a good way to smooth over rough patches since it is easier for someone to push the plot if a direction is established.
PS I don't mean to put anyone off with story jargen, its just how i perceive rping, as an evolving story))

"So-"
The boy begins slowly as if trying to fill in the silence.
"Your probably wanting to know what you've signed up for yes?"
The boy spoke in a suprisingly adult tone, and rather deep voice.

Twig smiled. He was more then happy to get some headway on the mystery.
"That would be nice. Knowing why you carry two faces would be a start. What do you think miss?"
"That would be nice. Knowing why you carry two faces would be a start. What do you think miss?"
She looked up. "M-me?" She was confused, as she had not been listening rather she had been thinking of what he would wear to a fairy party.
"Yes you, no other lady around here." Archer said impatiently. "And since everyone is asking, I too would like to know about why you seem like you got two souls in ya."
She nodded and looked down at the floor. She was upset that she had made someone mad at her because she learned when she made men mad, bad things happened.
"Well, as you can tell. This body is not my own, at a time when I was very weak. This boy came to me after centuries of inprisonment, for so long the kings of this land fed off my powers to maintain control over the land. Using the magic of me and my kin, they maintained control over the minds and hearts of the people. Some kings not even knowing the very origin of their gifts after awhile."
She listened tentatively. She was always a sucker for stories after all. Most of her favorite stories were of princesses and adventures, but she had a soft spot for historical stories, the true ones.
"Any how-"
He continued his story
"this boy found my damaged and drained body in the caves one day as he explored, such a kind child. And the prince no less, so when I told him I was dying and loosing my form. He happily allowed me to inhabit his body until I was able to find the right materials to form a new, more proper body.
Over time I grew to care for the boy as my own hatchling, and I despise the man who ignored his own child!"

She looked up as he grew angerier. "Such a kind thing you did. People have always told me that dragons were evil, but I never beloved them for a reason." She smiled at him.
Archer almost chuckled at what she said. "Maybe those stories were true. How else have those stories came to be?" He took another swig of his rum. "Oh, must have spoken my mind."
((Sorry for the late reply. As I implied earlier I was getting busy and didn't know if I would get the chance to reply))
Twig scoffed.
"Of course most of those stories are false. Dragons don't go out of their way to hunt humans or their live stock. More often then not it's caused by humans invading dragon territory or hunting their prey. Then some humans found out that dragons have magic and started spreading the rumors. Next thing you know dragons are hunted for their magic, their bodies, and sometimes even off of reputation alone. Now ignas is the last one."
Twig sighed.
"So Ignas, what happens when we get to his father?"
Twig scoffed.

"That's just it, I am his father."
She nodded, agreeing with Twig then looked back at the fire. "That is wonderful."
"No, this kid said he was going to his father. If you are his father then why is this kid going on this adventure he claims to be going on?" Archer said looking puzzled.
She nodded, confused. "He stated it would be a journey, an adventure."
