Have you ever wondered what it would be like to get involved in a crime you committed? Maybe you got involved in one your supposed friends commited? Family? Or maybe you just decided to be nosey when it was happening? What was that crime? Was it a robbery or a murder? No matter that, you're here now. And by here, I mean locked in a large room with a few other people you don't know or remember. You should try to find a way to get out of here... and, you should try to find out who screwed you all over.
Yeah, um, this is just a random idea I had after playing Danganronpa and watching Death Note, as well as watching other stuff. Soooo...
Very similar to Danganronpa, but no killing or pyscho bears. Suspenseful like Death Note, but there is no notebook of death or shinigami (duh).
I'm not looking for overpowered creatures with a lot of power. I'm fine with magic, but this will not be in a very magical setting... Also, only humanoids/humans! Shape-shifters with a humanoid form are okay, but they must be a human(oid) half/most of the time! I am also fine with two characters per writer, but no more! One or two characters for each writer!
As for deciding what major crime was a committed, we will take a vote on it. As for who exactly committed the crime, everyone will pick a number for their character(s) and I will randomly generate a number!
I should say this now, no character deaths, extreme gore, or sexual themes! Some violence is accepted, and developing romance is okay as well! But since this isn't in the adults only section, I won't have none of that! Mmm-hmm!

here's the plot in a nutshell
Your's and a few other people's characters are locked in a room for some unknown reason. It's a decent room. However, you can't remember how and when you all got there. All you guys know is that someone screwed you all over one way or another by committing a crime of sorts. The twist is that different characters might remember different things when they wake up (Ex. character A might remember an event prior right off the bat, but character B might remember someone's face, while character C can only remember their name and occupation). So, you're all being integrated every few days as you slowly start to remember things prior, so the fugitive will finally be put away. You all try your hardest to not wrangle eachothers throats.

Plausible legends of ancient magic, but current magic is not common.

Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.

Andrew O'Conner, 54 Kilos, 6.7 feet tall, 213 years old. He has evidence of 3rd degree burns on his chest do to a run in with one of Hylians "Friends". His left kidney is missing, and so is his index finger. He also has a gunshot wound on his calf, and a large hole on the top of his ear. He wears Mud and blood covered clothes. His eyes have washed away pupils. Around his eyes is a shoddily painted metal rectangle. His hair is blue, with small dark purple locks in it. He wears steam punk style goggles. When he speaks, its a canadian accent. He carries a red dagger with a pentagram engraved onto it, and the latin phrase, "Spiritus et abierunt." He usually carries a bag of salt, and has a necklace with a silver charm. He also carries a white rose. He is usually quite chipper, and is splattered with blood. Personality wise, he is a realist, and because of this has become quite brutal and blunt. He suffers from multiple personality disorder, and because of this many people know him as different people, all named Andy.

You lost me at Danganronpa, I would say I'm in but... since I already have something going, and there isn't any psycho bears, I can't join.

Gondor isn't human, but he doesn't possess any magic or powers. He's not much of a fighter, either, so he's pretty much human with horns. Not sure if this will come in handy at all, but he's a doctor. Will this suffice?
