If anyone is current in video games, I could use a little help tracking something down. Eheheh
So my friend a couple months ago was showing me some stuff about games where you don't really play as a human, and I brought up the idea that a game where you can have animal and human characters playing along side eachother in an open world format would be really cool. Looked it up and found stuff that seemed suitable.
Then we found one thing that we both really liked (I don't even know if it was out yet, probably not) and NEITHER of us can figure out what it was called. Can't seem to locate it either now via google.
And so I turn to all of you. Your quest,... help me please
As I mentioned above, it was a game that human and animal characters could work side by side in. It seemed to have this old prehistoric vibe to the images that I remember. One image I seem to remember had a human and wolf side by side looking into the sunset... Again, I'm afraid I can't remember everything, but I'm very intrigued to find out what it was.
That being said, if you find something that may not be it exactly, but has that same idea behind it, please, definitely post about it and let me know!

Hmm, I can't really find anything that exactly fits the 'human and wolf looking into the sunset' image, but are you maybe thinking of WiLD?
I don't think Lost Ember will have humans in it, but you might like it nonetheless! https://www.lostember.com/
Humans and animals working together in a prehistoric setting makes me think of Far Cry Primal, but that's been out for a while and is also a pretty big title, so I doubt it's what you're looking for. Probably one of the above two.
Both really look like good games. WiLD definitely looks like it could be, but I don't think it is exactly what I was thinking. Thanks for the titles though!
Maybe it was Stone Rage?
Another interesting one. I think this is my first time hearing of it
