Date smiled and walked her inside, his house mostly covered in books. He walked her to the table and pulled up a chair for her. He soon walked to the bar and smiled at her. "What would you like?" He had a rare collection of perfectly aged wines and also he had the expensive waters if needed after he drank.
Abby sat down at the set Date pulled out for her and though for a moment about his question. "Do you have any Red Wine?" She usually only drank different types of wine but rarely. She didn't need acohol in her life as much as most people nowadays. When she was upset about something she would pratice her magic, only letting the magic flowing in her veins remove her thoughts on painful events in her life time.
"Of course." He got the red wine from the top shelf and fixed her a glass while he fixed himself a glass of Chardonnay. He walked to the table and gave her the wine and then sat across from her with a smile. "Thanks again for your help,Madame Abby."
Abby took a sip of the red wine and smiled at Date. "It was no problem. If you ever need any help again then just come find me." With most people she said that to would ask how and she said just call out her name. Most witchs didn't know this spell but if someone needs help from a witch they could call out their name and that would allow the witch to know thatthey were needed.
"How about this Madame Abby, you and I stay near each other often. You're accualy a good person and the only person that I honestly care about right now. I feel joy around you. There is a saying that you dont need anyone and I say that a lot. My saying is 'I know when your having a bad day,you melt that hate away,Just do it with a little Chardonnay,' but I would really like to spend time with you.I hope I'm not coming on too strong though." He took a sip of Chardonnay.
Abby was a little suprised by all that but smiled at him. "No, not at all, Date. It is always good to find a friend that finds good company in someone else. I really don't go by a saying but whenever I do have a bad day I just forget about the day and pratice, letting it get my mind off what has happened. You can neve change the past but the future is always undecided." Abby took a few sips of her wine.
"I guess you're right." Soon as he finished his drink he layed his head down on the table, resting his head on his arms. "Do you think all demons are evil? Do you think none of them want to be good?" He sounded a tad tipsy during his questions.
Abby raised an eyebrow at Date, noticing the tipsy sound in his voice. "Well, no. I don't believe that every demon is evil, or the some don't want to try to be good. It's strange that everyone would think that a demon would only want to kill, or a witch would only want to torture people." She sighed, gentlly placing one hand over her stomach where the gun shot scar was. She knew it wasn't caused by her being a witch, just being at the wrong place at the time. "Why would you ask that? I know that demons are real, but I know some that haven't tried to kill me." She took another sip of her wine.
He lifted his hand in a drunk way. "I am a demon and stuff but I hate the powers...I can rip people appart and possess their bodies....that's no fun, right?" Date fell out of his chair and landed hard on the floor. "I like it down here...it's warm." He curled up.
Abby sighed and walked over to where Date had fallen on the floor. "You're a demon, eh? It's been awhile since I've seen a demon that didn't try to kill a witch, like myself." She smiled at him. She knew it was rare to find a demon that didn't try to kill a witch for power. Abby was a rare witch, she was only able to cast spells but because of her line, she has the ablity to use different types of magic. She held out her hand to Date, a bit of small spraks coming of her fingers in different mixs of colors.
He grabbed her hand and got up. "A witch? You surely are a beautiful one at that." He smiled and stretched a little befor taking off his shirt and black robes. He also threw his sword to the side. He was more muscular then he looked. With what he was wearing,he looked weak.
Abby had blushed slightly when Date called her beatiful but smiled non the less. "Yeah. I'm a spell caster witch. Not what you though I was, was it?" She stood up and dusted her jeans off lightly. She had just realized that she was still wearing her overcoat and took it off. She put it on the back of her chair and looked back at Date. "I think you've had enough to drink."
"Nonsense...you can never have too much...well for me you can." He took the whole bottle and started to drink from it rapidly. His white hair was messy but in a good way while half of his clothes were thrown in the corner.
Abby took the bottle away from Date, there only being a little left. "You're already getting drunk, that's enough. You get tipsy faster than me, and I'm the one who can bearly hold down a bottle of beer." She rarely drank anything stronger than wine because she could bearly hold it down.
"I'm only getting drunk faster because when I left my house,I had already drunken somthing." He smirked and wrapped his arms around her and looked into her eyes. "But thank you for stopping me;I have a really bad drinking problem." Date smiled and kissed her head.
Abby blushed slightly then smiled. "It was no problem. You should probably get some help with that. It don't matter what you are, alcohol can kill you." Concern flashed in her eyes through the cloundedness.
"I'll be just fine,I promise you that. I'm only gonna be waking up with a major headache." He stroked her hair with soft hands but hesitated at first. He had no worry in his silver/gray eyes. "Wow you're lovely."
Abby blushed. "Uh, thank you. Maybe you should lay down." She had always though of herself as average, being tweny-six and what not. She had just realized that Date was still holding her but didn't make a move to get out of his arms.
Date smiled. "You might be right at that point." He let go of her and started walking towards his couch. He had a bed in sevral different rooms, but he liked his couch better.
Abby nodded. "Wouldn't you rather sleep in your room?" She never really didn't sleep much, maybe only an hour a night. She always had trouble not thinking about how she could've kept from what had happened in her past. She sat down next to Date on the couch.
