Probably Flowey, if we're going strictly canon. If not, then probably you. What would the choices be otherwise?

I can do Flowey or myself since it's not strictly cannon. Sometimes people have Toriel find them that's why I asked.

Makes sense. I'll go with Flowey. It'd be interesting to see how Ven would react to a tiny, talking flower.

For the first few lines, you could probably use his in-game text. I'm sure there's a script somewhere.

I might be able to get it to do that, I'm not sure. Worst case senerio I just talk like he normally would.
