Spicy Cat is a place to meet other players and get to know them through spontaneous, low pressure Rp. Currently we have an ongoing storyline between a couple of characters that could use some characters to fill in our NPC holes! The handful of characters below are those who are involved. Other members of the X-Family are always welcomed, of course, but these two are particularly being sought after. Victor, being a young empath who was being schooled at the Institute, likely knew and looked up to both, and may have learned a lot of what he knows about his abilities from them. Now the poor kid has been saddled with two adult telepaths who have no idea how to use their abilities (Cori and Paris), and is far from home to boot. He could definitely use the help of his teachers now.
Agent Phil Coulson, Thor
Andy works for SHIELD as part of a department more keyed towards dealing with supernatural threats. He reports mostly to Coulson. He both loves and hates his boss-- because who couldn't love Coulson? But Coulson, in his mind, has a very poor sense of humor, and Thor happens. Andy is also always trying to pawn his wayard sister-room-mate (Cori) off on his boss. She has a reputation at SHIELD-- like the world's aggravating mascot. Andy has also recently discovered through his room-mate that there is an entire world full of living video games accessible through the local arcade. He's been attempting to hide this from his boss for multiple and mostly logical reasons. Mostly.
And then there's Thor. Andy was present at the investigation taking place around when Thor's hammer first fell to earth. He was one of the many faceless agents that got casually sucker punched during this incident. Thor likely doesn't remember. Andy does though. Andy does. He hates Thor with a fiery, burning passion, but it's a professional hatred, because Coulson likes to punish Andy by sending him on missions involving Thor when Andy doesn't feel like following the rules. That's not even his department, damn it! Thor, thusfar, seems pleasantly oblivious.
Danny Rand
Victor has rarely in his life missed a news broadcast of his favorite hero. He wants to be Danny when he grows up, and began taking martial arts classes after seeing him on TV. It would be amazing if he could get to meet his hero, and maybe learn a thing or two from him. Also, we need responsible adults. Danny is a responsible adult here. That should say enough.
Ralph, Glitch, Felix
The local arcade has a cheat code those in the know can punch into the machines in order to get sucked in to the games in question. Many of the characters use it to get away from the gloomy reality of Gotham city for a while-- and occasionally to escape the curious eyes of local capes and cowls. It probably won't be long until the characters from within find a way out at this rate, and they are no doubt noticing the strange influx of new 'games'. None of the new comers follow the rules either.
Doctor Strange
New York is not terribly far away, and there are two quasi-dragons (Alf, Krepta) at odds and no doubt attracting unwanted attention. Krepta is stealing magical artifacts from where ever she can get her hands on in order to get home, and that power is slowly amassing in New York's neighbor. It's a deadly situation waiting to happen. Krepta also has some history with Strange. It was his book she got her claws on as a child to escape her own dimension, though it was another dimension's Strange, and much less experienced.
Superman
We have the other half of the pair-- Help us make our World's Finest complete! Much Batman/Superman nonsense is needed!
