Beyond the Wall is set in a lush forest frontier, in the year 2029. The technology level is roughly similar to now. The frontier is home to malicious, dangerous beasts that want nothing more than humanity to suffer, but where there is danger, there is also vast opportunity. A booming trade of the body parts of these monsters is only rising, and the lucrative, but extremely dangerous job of hunting them is ever-growing. Because of this, swathes of smugglers, monster hunters, criminals and simply desperate people make their living in the Frontier.
