I have some exciting news for all of you. Since the launching of City Of Souls, I've been thinking about sister dreams, and how they could help with the development of not only CoS, but the people who have characters who RP in CoS!

This new and upcoming dream is called Sin City! No, it's not a dream about the movie! This new modern dream is a bit different than the ones I've seen around Furcadia. The supernatural community isn't hidden! It thrives, and Sin City is where a lot of them are.

Allow me to explain the concept of the dream to you in a few short words!

Basin City, also known as "Sin City" (yes, I am REFERENCING the movie) is home to a lot of crime families. But where there's crime, there's also a lot of cops. Both crooked and good. While there is a lot of crime, that doesn't mean people can't live their lives normally within the dream! Even though supernaturals aren't a secret anymore, there are now two different governments. The Supernatural council, and your typical United States government. After the reveal of the supernatural world, everything changed. There was a brief part of time in history, where a war broke out between humans and beasts. But it was quickly squashed when the two governments came together to for a peace treaty. However, this doesn't mean that everyone lives in peace. Small rivalries break out from time to time, whether it's human vs supe, or supe vs supe, etc., etc..

This dream will allow people to use their over-powered characters, hybrid characters, and characters that just aren't accepted anywhere else! Did I mention this is a MODERN dream? That seems to be where the population of Furcadia feels more comfortable RPing.

The dream is in the works!! As well as the RPR page. However, I do anticipate it to be up within the next month or two, should time be on my side!! This is a VERY NEW dream idea. So! If you have ideas you wish to share for the dream, PLEASE message me PRIVATELY!

I am currently NOT accepting staff applications! I will announce something on the RPR forums once it gets close to that time!

Please Note: That same rules apply when using the same character and going from dream to dream, as it does in CoS. NV PLAYERS, please note that the continuity of Sin City and New Versailles are NOT the same, as we allow canon and OP characters, and NV does not. So please keep their stories separate!

Thoughts? I look forward to working with those who wish to implement ideas for the dream! Please note; the ideas must be a dream-wide thing and not personal ideas! You're more than welcome to do your personal ideas within the dream. We aren't going to restrict you. If your personal idea does/will effect the dream as a whole, that's the time when I would request that you let us know!

Attica City is in development hell and it's going to be a very long time till it's gonna be up and running... If it ever does. So.. yeah it's not a sister dream.

ooo, if I decide to do a more modern version of Luke I could bring him here. And I'll finally have a place to take Ireland that won't feel outta place. Yaasss.

This is not meant as a rude/sarcastic remark, I'm generally curious; Furcadia is still alive? Last I was on (which was admittedly quite a while ago), it seemed to kind of be...petering out. Maybe just in the area that I was at?

I haven't been on furcadia in a while but usually FurN dreams tend to be more active than Imaginarium dreams.

You and I had discussed Attica being a sister dream of CoS. Did we not? But you haven't been active enough me up in the air and unsure of what was happening. So, I've taken it upon myself to make my own since you were a little back and forth.

Sister dreams in my experience... Are dreams not always owned by the same person but agree to help advertise each other and try to offer the dreams as options for players to gogo to that might interest them. Just helped each other build and worked toward having a constant activity in the dreams.

Some dreams would work together to have a continuity that was in the same timeline and others would just be labeled sister dreams because they offered a different form of roleplay that one dream did not and both owners wanted to open it up for players to have a place to go.

Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what sister dream usually meant when I was involved in dreams that were based in AI in Furcadia.
