The familiar sounds of the city teemed the air. Car engine roars, voices of the masses, street merchants and performers hollering at the people passing by...They were are all familiar sounds, the sound of the home he had made for himself many years ago underneath the many neon lights. It was also a chilly night, the type of night that made Travis think a little faster, walk a little faster, and overall reacted a little faster in hopes to keep warm. He kept his hands in his pockets as he walked, his hood up, and his dark gray eyes forward. He made quick smalls steps and avoided the crowded streets as much as he could. With a quick turn into an alleyway he continued to travel until he saw the neon sign that was barely holding on to life.
The sounds of the city begin to drown out and emerged into the sounds of clinking glass, people's laughs, and the digital jukebox playing in the corner when Travis opened the door to the bar.
"HEY HEY! TRAVY!!" Shouted someone.
"Travis!! Come on in buddy!" Another cheered.
Travis had already begin to feel warm as he took off his jacket and continued to walk forward to the backroom - greeting the drunks and locals while he was at it. When he settled himself into his locker, he quickly rolled up his selves and made his way up front to begin another night working as the barback at Neal's.

Yenari walks into the bar. She's wearing red jeans and red tank top. She also wore a red hoodie and red tennis shoes. Her red hair in a pony tail. She took a seat and said "excuse me can I get some service over here." As she leaned backin her chair.

The bar was only getting more packed. Travis figured that most wanted to get out of the cold. Nothing like a drink to keep the body warm, so his boss would say anyways. "Hey Trav," his boss, Mister Svoboda said to him as he flipped a few bottles in the air doing fancy tricks in attempt for more tips. Travis looked up, his blonde bangs falling over his eyes. "Start tendin' the bar will ya? And tie your damn hair back." he instructed.
Travis quickly tied his hair back and looked at the end where he noticed the young red headed girl was sitting. He cocked his head back and stared at her before approaching her. The bar was noisy, getting rowdy as more liquor started to pour.
He leaned against the bar and flashed his charming smile at her. "What can I get ya miss?" He asked in his light and carefree tone of voice. He continued to observe her, wondering if she was even old enough to be in the bar.

A rather tall female with black hair that drapped over her blue eyes walked in. Her pale skin was slightly bruised and cut. She was very beautiful, but she was also hurt. She looked at everyone and sat at a table. She looked young but was twenty-five years of age. She seemed so innocent and helpless that most people would just want to take care of her.
She was doing just fine untill and drop of her crimson blood dripped on the table. Her weak little hands were pulled to her pink lips. She had just gotten into a fight and was badly hurt. Her ex had beaten her badly. She kept her head held down with sadness.

"TRAVIS!" Travis suddenly heard Mister Svoboda's voice. "Ah, please excuse me...I'll be right with you Miss..." he excused himself as well as his charming smile before looking to his boss. "Wendy cannot keep up with the tables. Go wait the tables, Josh and I got the bar up here!" Svoboda barked. Travis only nodded but only wanted to roll his eyes. He was a barback, a bartender's assistant. Not a waiter. But it was apart of the job and he needed money. School was not a cheap thing.
Quicker than most, Travis got away from the bar and grabbed a notepad. "Wendy, where do you need me?" He asked looking towards the shorter yet older brunette. "Grab table 7, 8, 9, and 10 hun! I got the rest!" she shouted at him from across the room. And I wonder why he doesn't hire more people... Travis thought and rushed towards table 7, a darker table in the corner of the bar. He noticed that there was only one person sitting there which caused him to frown slightly. He never liked seeing people sitting alone at bars. So he walked carefully over to her and smiled.
"Hello there miss." He said in his most cheery voice. He rolled up the sleeves of his black shirt a bit more and looked down at the dark brown wooden tables. "Oh I'm sorry, the table is a bit of a mess...let me get that for you." He said and grabbed a nearby towel to clean up the liquid on the table. He realized though, the red liquid wasn't from some cocktail from some previous drunk before. It was blood.
"Miss?" He asked. "Are you hurt?" He asked, looking down at her. "Wait here okay?" he continued before she could have replied. He rushed off quickly and went to go grab the first aid kit on the wall. He pushed his way through the crowd gracefully, being used to such things working at the bar for a while now. He returned to her table side and waited. "May I?" He asked her very polietly and waited for her to accept his help.

The young lady looked up at him with her innocent blue eyes and she nodded lightly. She wasn't one to talk that much so she was always quiet. She moved her small hand from her mouth exposing more blood that she had been holding. She had all the marks and sighns of pure, raw, abuse. She would surly have to thank him for offering.
He is very kind, but I hope he is gental to me. It hurts as it is just to move and now I have no home because my ex burned it down. What am I left with? Simple. Just ashes of the past.
The female named Juki coughed just a little.

Travis took a seat at the table and placed the kit on the table. He didn't bother asking her what happened. The wounds indicated something he shouldn't ask about. It wasn't like he did not want to. Of course he did, he's a naturally curious person. But sometimes it's better not to ask things right away.
He looked down and tended to her wounds gently. "This might sting a little..." he said as he cleaned her up before helping her wrap the wounds up. At one point he realized that he didn't notice anyone else around him and soon the sound of the noisy bar drowned back in. "That should hold it for now...but I think you should probably go see a doctor if it doesn't stop bleeding tomorrow..." Travis suggested in his calm voice. He left her table for a moment and returned with a glass of water and some friend up bar food. "Here on the house, let me know if you need anything else...my name is Travis by the way..." and as though on cue he heard his boss yelling at him again.
"TRAVIS! WE NEED YOUR HELP!" he yelled. The crowd had grew within the bar. "Sorry, excuse me...but seriously, if you need anything just let me know." He said and waited for her to react in some way before he moved on.

Juki placed her hand over her blue flowered bow and pulled it off. As she did she pulled a petal from it and it turning gold. She handed the golden petal to him. "I a golden Petal for a golden Heart." She would rarely speak to anyone, but if she would ever speak then there is something about you that she really likes.
Travis' eyes widen slightly when the flower petal glowed. He was somewhat mesmerized and didn't quite understand how she did that.
Was that a trick? Is she a magician? he thought to himself.
"Uh, thank you..." He said and took the petal. He let it twirl in his fingers for a bit before looking back up at her, observing her. "Hey, I know this might sound weird...but..." He was about to continue but his boss called him back to earth. "Travis, if you're not going to move it just go home!" He yelled. Travis turned to his boss, about to say something but he obviously wasn't needed tonight.
"...You look like you can use some company, would you like to go grab something warm to drink?" Travis asked the dark hair girl.

Juki smiled a little befor nodding. "That sounds...Nice." She stood up slowly, her hair over her eyes, but her body language was discouraged and scared. Her eyes pointed down and she had slight disrespect. Her hands shivered, and she pulled her hands to her chest. "You are very...kind...to me."
