It's the age-old story. The princess is captured, thrown into a tower or something equally 'dastardly'. You go off to rescue this princess for whatever reason, or, if you prefer to be more evil, you could be the person who had captured her and keep the princess in your clutches as you await for someone to come and find her and attempt to rescue her. However, it seems as this princess doesn't take being the 'damsel in distress' very well and would prefer to save herself. Thus, before you even know what's happening, she's already fighting back. It's obvious she is willing and able to kill the fool who dared capture her, not because she's a princess, but because that is a totally horrible thing to do. Who knows what could happen next in this not so age-old fairy tale.

Gionimrion: A very popular hotspot for tourists due to its beautiful scenery and beaches. This city thrives on the income it makes through tourism. It is also well known for its extravagant meals.
Caerni: A popular spot for honeymooners and tourists due to its beautiful scenery and relatively secluded areas. It is also a popular spot for the elderly to retire to for pretty much the same reason.
Thypool: A very strong military city. This is where all of the potential military recruits are trained and where many of the current troops live with their families. It is in very close contact with the capital.
Caburh: The capital of Tirithill. This is where the king and queen reside and is home to the wealthiest and most important people of the nation. The city is best known for its luxurious housing and sights.
Babrycg the city beneath the spire: This city is also another tourist hotspot due to the huge spire that hovers over the whole city. No one knows how it got there or how it stays in the air. No one even knows if it was the city or the spire that had come to be first.
Fiwood the city of mercy: This city is best known for the large city of released criminals that it houses. These people had plenty of trouble re-entering society after they had served their time due to their criminal past, but they ended up finding acceptance here.
Forests:
The Forest of Dreams (located just West of Lany): Rumor has it that a young phoenix lived in this forest, but no one has ever been able to confirm those rumors. People fear going there due to its close proximity to the city of madness and the fact that anyone to wander in there becomes lost, never to be seen again.
Rivers:
Tydfairf River: A popular camping spot for many people. Many families are known to take a camping trip up at this river for a few days and just enjoy its scenery and go fishing as well.

The Pantheon of Shattered Souls: The people who go in here come back alive, however, they are like shells of their former selves, as if their souls have been sucked out of them. These effects could last for a few months to a few years.
The Abbey of Carnage: No one knows why, but the people who go into this abbey disappear and turn up dead the next week in front of it. Simply peeking inside will reveal no one within and no one ever enters or leaves the place.
Ghost Tower: This tower is rumored to be haunted by spirits of the dead. No one wants to go and confirm these rumors however as it is also rumored these spirits will kill anyone who sets foot in the tower.
The Cathedral of Pain: Anyone who enters this place will experience the worst pain they've ever known, both physical and emotional. However, it is rumored that those who are able to get through this place will be able to live a life of nothing but happiness.
The Sanctuary of the Fallen: A sanctuary dedicated to fallen heroes. Families of these heroes are allowed to take refuge within this sanctuary when times become tough for them. Many people come to pay respects.

Haha, really? I've never read or really heard of that book. I just thought it would be kinda fun to put a small twist on the whole 'captured princess/damsel in distress' plotline

I've seen that plot line get played with so many times. The best one is when the princess is kidnaped by a villain, then they proceed to fall in love.
