I came from a different community with a friend of mine. Word filters got out of hand in a way that's kind of made RP and creative writing an impossibility.
The hope is that we can restart a persistent universe RP we had going on before the word filters got out of hand. A fantasy thing that I found quite enjoyable to run. I'm also hoping to find a good community that I can RP with in general.
I've been RPing for about 2, maybe 3 years now. It's been an interesting journey that's forced me to adapt to running and participating RPs and how I write in general.
I've got a little Beagle that likes to think he's six foot tall and loves to bay at the smallest things. I wouldn't trade him for anything though.
My favorite subject was history. I continued studying it in college until a semester or two ago and hope to continue to once I figure out my situation and can go back. Most of my knowledge is general American History though which is something I'm hoping to expand.
What I do for a living at the moment is whatever work I can find when I can find it.
Hopes and dreams are to get a PHD in History. The specific field is something I'm debating with myself but I figured I have a passion for the subject so I might as well try teaching it. That or get a wood working business up and running later on when I have the experience to do so.
