Autumn blushed when he complimented her and was quick to get off her bed when he walked in. "I-I am curious. But i dont want to really know if its bad. We-well obviously it was bad if it left you a scar..I-I..um nevermind.." she stammered at first, a little nervous that he was in her room. She wasnt exactly sure what there was to be nervous about but she wasnt sure about having Kenji around. It didnt scare her or anything, she had never had a man in her room before. Nervously and shyly, she ran a hand through her golden, loose, curls then pulled her hair to one side of her neck so that it draped over the front of her right shoulder.

The moons light hit the left side of her neck, making the skin glow a gentle white. Glancing up at Kenji, her eyes met his and her breath hitched as she realized his eyes were an enchanting gray. Once she caught herself staring, she looked at the floor and blushed a light pink that flooded her cheeks. "D-did you need something, Kenji?" she asked softly, his name flowed smoothly off her tongue and she kinda liked saying his name. It was an intresting name and had a nice ring to it. Then Autumn tore her eyes away from the floor in order to meet his enchanting gray eyes.

Kenjis eyes looked straight to Autumns, the moonlight agaisnt her skin was simply intoxicating. He bowed and looked to her once more.“it does not bother me so much how i got this scar, it is part of who I am. but there is not much I need. you have given me evertyhing. but if you still inquire of my hisstory, then i shall give it as long as it is well for you autumn.”.he said letting his rich accent flood the room. His name sounded lile sweet melody coming off of Autumns lips. Everytime time that wondrous pink hue rose to her face made kenjis thoughts wander. Her delicate skin and her soft sweet voice, that alone could drive him wild. he was gracious that he had some control over himself, he refused to let himself become an animal.

Autumn bit her lower lip gently as she realized he was observing her. Studying her. It only caused her blush to deepen into a rose red. When he said her name shivers went down her spine and she breifly closed her eyes for a second longer than blinking. It sounded delicate coming from him. Looking away from him, she cleared her throat softly and a little nervously. "Well I..would like to know why you have the scar," she replied softly and shifted her wieght to her other foot. Then moon light illuminating the skin on her shoulder and neck as she shifted. Her heart race had picked up quite a bit the longer Kenji stayed in her room, the faster it would beat. Though it would slowly progress as she felt a strange attraction to him but she tried her best to ignore it. She hardly knew Kenji and the only thing she truly knew is that she had somehow brought him back to life. And that he wanted to help her in anyway, its just she didnt need or want anything.

Autumn's stormy blue/grey eyes met Kenji's alluring grey ones again. There was a gentleness there that many women did not possess. The a strong, cold breeze forced open her windows and a loud bang made Autumn nearly jump out of her skin. But it had just been the windows hitting the walls in her room. After she took a moment to let her racing heart settle, she turned away from Kenji. Walking over to the windows and softly shutting them then locked them. Leaning against them slightly as she composed her nervous self. Finally, she turned around to face Kenji again and this time a little more relaxed than she first had been.

Kenji continued to gaze towards Autumn. He held back his fangs hearing her heart beat faster and faster,the longer he stayed in her room. He swallowed and nearly jumped ready to kill something as the winxow shutters were knocked open. He stiffled a primal growl as Autumn shut the windows. He stopped dead and could not hp but gaze at Autumn once more as she stood agasint the windows he caugjt the scent of her being nervous. He cleared his throat and let jis grey eyes meet her blue eyes. "Autumn I take thanks in your intrest but be warned it
is not an easy tale. It first started when i was set out to find this ancient relic siad to grant the wielder immortity. I was an explorer and treasure hunter. I set out to f ind this relic. Upon finding this place I had traveled alone. I first saw this relic in the center of a room set upon a pedastool. I waz goinf to walk towards it, all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in the back.of my head and everything went black. When I awoke I was shirtless and surronded by hooded figures. They began to chant in strange words, the next thing they planted the very relic i was searching for was in my chest. In a short words that is how i became what you now see before you." He said as he revaled the scar before her once more.

Autumn's eyes reflected her horror at how humans could be so cruel. Once again when he showed her his scar, her eyes flicked to his scar then back into his eyes. Again she couldnt stop herself from putting her hand gently on his scar. Lightly brushing her thumb across it, she looked at it and didnt pull away this time when the shocks traveled through her body from their contact. "I wont let them hurt you again. I wont hurt you," she said quietly, not really meaning for him to hear it. Then she slowly pulled her hand away from his chest and a light blush spread across her cheeks as she looked away from him. "Im sorry," she apologized quietly for touching him. Mentally, she scolded herself for touching him all the time and being so quiet as well. Though she never did step away from Kenji, she just took her hand away. When she realized she was still close to him, her heart race picked up and she took a step away from him when a rose red blush flame across her already light pink cheeks.

Her parents were bound to be arriving home soon, unless they went to visit her sister who usually comes over for dinner but decided not to tonight. Which her parents had visited her sister and were spinning the night at her manor, trusting Autumn alone in the huge house. Though she was a quiet, shy girl so she wouldnt do anything so there was never a need to worry.

Kenji again looked at Autumn and his own heart raced as she touched him again. He could not hold back his own intending and powerful gaze. His heart melteded when he barely heard her whisper those words. Again her gentle hand on his scar was the most comforting to him. He let a smile smile rise to his lips as he looked at her as she appologized for touching him once more. He did not realize hoqw close she was until she pulled away her face so very red. He walked over to her taking her gentle hand and kissing it before he put her hand pn his chest once morw."There is no need to appologize, Autumn. If you wish to touch my scar then feel free to. My only wishes is that you allow me to stay with you and protect you from any harm. And someday perhaps something more." He spoke in his way letting her fell his faint heartbeat. He owed her everything, his life , clothes, and she gave him the greatest gifts , she treated him as a human being. She made him feel like he wanst the monster everyone had treated him like before. All kenji wanted more then anything was to be with Autumn, were ever she was he wanted to be.

Autumn gently ran her fingers across his chest when she felt his faint heartbeat. Somehow it made her heart calm down when she felt his heart beating. The blush died away till she was calm and relaxed around him. For some reason she felt a pull towards him and she moved so close to him theyre bodies were touching. Slowly, she put her head on his chest and closed her eyes. Never having felt this way before, she wasnt sure why she was doing what she was doing. Just knowing she somehow felt safe around him and comforted. Suddenly the large door downstairs squeaked open and she jerked away from Kenji. It must be her parents returning home. Grabbing his hand, she pulled him out of her room and to his. Quickly pulling him inside, she shut his door quietly then turned to him.

"You have to stay in this room till i come in and tell you its okay. Never let anyone in unless its me. Despite it only being me who knows about you, your in danger in this place. I will do my best to keep people away from you. I promise i will try an protect your existence here as best as i can," Autumn said quickly and in a hushed tone. Then she quickly stood on her tiptoes and place a kiss on his cheek. A fire was left burning where she had kissed and she was out of his room quicker than he could react gently shutting the door behind her.

Kenjis head was spent spinning the moment Autumn pulled herself closer to him. His breath quickened as she rested her head on his cheat. He felt a red het come.over jis face. Neforr he could say another word he hrard the door squeal open. Before he could react she pulled him to.his.room . When she told him that she would protect his existance, he felt absolutly honored. The next surpri surprised him, she leaned up and gave him a burning kiss on his cheek. The door soon shut behind Autumn he reached up touched the spot were she kissed him, he felt the burning sensation. It was something he wanted more off. He listened closer to her any of the words that were spoken, he was still very curious to hear of her parents. He assumed that the people that were coming in were her parents. He stayed dead quiet, quieting his heart beating every so often he kept quiet, he went and obeyed Autumns wishes, he was not going to open the door until he could smell.Autumns scent. If any one else were to turn the knoob he would exist the room, through the window and stay on th e roof.

Autumn breathed out slowly, trying to calm her racing heartbeat. She had just kissed Kenji's cheek and it had left her lips burning. Licking her lips to try and dampen the burning sensation, she quickly descended the stairs. Only to come to a stop when she came face to face with someone she was hoping to never meet in person. Her father's loan shark, Mr. Channing, was a chubby, short, bald man and he was notorious for buying women from his clients in order to pay off a debt.
Autumn took a step back, trying to escape back upstairs but she misjudged how far away the next step was and slipped. Falling backwards, she caught herself with the rail and silently sat down to try and calm her racing heart as Mr. Channing turned around to see her. A creepy smile lit up his eyes and she didnt say anything as he stepped forward to the bottom of the steps. "You must be Autumn. Well, well. The stories do not lie about you being such a beautiful, young woman. May be a bit quiet but beautiful indeed. Do you know where i may find your father?" he said, his voice deep but rough.
Autumn shook her head no rather quickly and collected herself enough to stand up. Mr. Channing looked rather pissed that her father wasnt around but his creepy smile soon returned. "Well then just let him know i stopped by. We might have to make different arrangements on his debt.." he said looking at Autumn like she was something to be devoured.
Autumn nodded quickly and Channing turned, walking back out the door an shutting it surprisingly hard behind him. Stumbling to sit down, she put her elbows on her knees and head in her hands, taking as many calming breaths as she could.

Kenji wondered how the man was, and listening quiet intently he heard that who ever.it was. The man certainly was not her father. He listened closer qnd could hear Autumns fast heartbeat. However he wanted to come out of the room to see whom it was to make Autumns heart race so, but he w anted to uphold her wish. He was to stay in his room until she told.it was safe. He wondered why such a shrill seeking man would want to speak to Autumns father, he growled men that sounded like that never were honorable and would never uphold the truth. He could help but become uneasy, something about the debt situation made him uneasy. Whe families could not pay of th eir debt tbey were either sent to prison or forced to work in a sweat shop. This was back in his time he held back a disgusted spit, other times women were sold into prostitution to pay off debt. He growled hoping the times were different. He paced going through the memories of his victim trying to find out what happened when one could not pay off their debt. H e let out a sigh of releif when he foufnf that they had time to pay off debt and even sometimes assistance. He gave out a sigh of relief as he sat down on the bed calming down. He reached up again tkuching his cheek, the spot still had a burning sensation. He let out a groan as he felt his fangs extend and his eyes reddened. He panted and forced himself to cqlm down. He was not going to hurt her not now.

Autumn got up and made her way carefully back upstairs. Opening Kenji's door, she closed it gently and leaned against it. Just now her heart was slowing down from that encounter and she didnt want it to happen again. Ever.
"Kenji? Are you okay?" she asked with a small, concerned frown.
Getting off the door, she walked over to him then bent down a bit to where she was centimeters from him. Raising her hand up, she lightly brushed her fingertips against the hand he was holding to his cheek. It worried her that he was acting as if he was in pain. Brushing the hair away from his forehead, she gently leaned dorward and placed a light, fire burning, kiss on his skin. "Anything you need?" she asked quietly.

In fact times hadnt changed that much. In the day and age, it is eaither pay the debt with money or your life. Though there were usually certain things that loan sharks wanted more than any of that. Women. Mr. Channing was the worst and he usually kept the women for himself until the women had worked off the debt. But usually the women that came from his house had scars mentally and physically. Autumn didnt want to become one of them. Neither did her dad. Thats why he usually kept her in her room or his whenever Mr. Channing came to the house. But now it might become a worrisome issue that Channing had seen her.

Kenji held Autumns gen tle hand as she touched his. The burning kiss on his forehead caused him to blush further. He looked at her and held her hand. "it is alright Autumn, it is that you honor me with wanting to protect me, and to bestow upon me those gracious kisses. I will protect you. That man that came for your debts..... I dont like him, he riles the beastly part of me. He is trouble Autumn, something aweful is bound to happen. I fear that you may be involed, and if i have to. I will steal you out of this place." He told her his red eyes glowing and his fangs gleaming. He forced.himself to hold them back as he spoke to Autumn, her genfle heart pumping the water he needed for his life. He held it back az he held her close. "Autumn i have vowed my exsitance to you. No harm shall come to you not while im here. I will obey your wishes but if you come to harm. I will disobey then." He told her his eyes and fangs still showing, right now he wanted to taste her blood again tasting it as when he was reformed in the coffin. Those debts her father had were now a comcern of him, if she was to come in danger he would do all he could to stop it.

Autumn was a bit nervous when his red eyes and fangs were showing. Though she was slightly enchanted by his fangs. Listening to him though, she felt safe around him and it made her heart race pick up that he was devoting himself to protecting her. Moving next to Kenji, she sat next to him on the end of his bed. Autumn again pulled her hair to one side of her neck, the bare side of her neck on Kenji's side. She had no idea of his want for her blood as the moon light dully shined on her bare side of her neck.
"Thank you Kenji. Just...please dont get yourself in trouble. Dont put your life in danger just for me..im not worth it.." she said quietly and looked at Kenji. Raising her hand, she gently ran her thumb along his cheek and studied him. "I dont know why your so devoted to me.." she commented in a whisper.
Autumn didnt want him to be in danger just because of her. Margrett had repeatedly told her she wasnt worth anothers time so she had got it stuck in her head. Margrett wasnt her real mom, just her step mom and she saw Autumn as a threat. Always getting the attention of men instead of her step sister getting it. If Margett could get away with it, she would have Autumn put six feet in the ground.

Kenji sighed as he saw how nervous she was . He heard her already start to question why he was so devoted to her. "Aurumn, please dont be little yourself. You gave me life, though it was an accident. Yet you still.wanted to.protect me. Youbare worht more then you think. Now could you please cover your neck. Im fighting of hunger Autumn and i will not do anything to ignorant to cause harm to my llife. I will protect you you are very beautiful. And if i was not created I would have been asking for.your hand in my time. But things are so different now."he explained to her still lost in the entirity of the situation.

Autumn frowned a bit then looked straight into his red eyes. "If you are..hungry..then did i not agree you could feed when needed so long as you didnt kill me?" she said quietly and looked slightl hurt that he did not want to feed on her. In the little time she had known him their bond, that had formed when he had first drinken her blood, grown stronger. Feelings had started to form for him but it was not because of the bond. In the bond she would feel his pain both mental and physical. Also they would be able to share feelings if the other so allowed.
Autumn did not know this of course and her feelings were easily felt by Kenji. Like now, she felt a twinge of jealousy at the thought of him feeding off another besides her. Curiosity about him and why he felt the way he did. And a small spark of love for the man before her whom she had not known very long.
Though she did as he asked with a small sigh and she pulled her hair back so it would cover both sides of her neck. Looking away from Kenji, she started to stand up to leave thinking that he didnt enjoy her company at the moment.

Kenji looked at her and immediatly felt her hurt. He saw her rise and he quickly stood up and took her hand. " Autumn, I am so sorry please I did not mean it that way. It is just that your heart was beating so fast befor. And that seeing you in this pale moons light was intoxicating in itself. Please I do need a little and I promise that it will not kill you. But I am afraid of hurting you." He asid holding her soft hands in his semi cold hand his long finers delicstly holding onto her hand. Her soft warm skin agaisnt his own. He looked at her felling he had upset her. And the least thing he did not want to do was upset her. "please dont leave." He added in his red eyes telling her that he enjoyed her company.

Autumn visibly relaxed once he explained why and the hurt look vanushed from her eyes. In its stead, happiness and a small mixture of love came into play. Then trust covered up both and she looked into his eyes. "I cant say why. But i do trust you Kenji. Im offering my blood to you because i trust you," she said quietly. Pulling her hair to one side of her neck, she openly inticed him to take some. Noticing that he wanted and that he said he needed some.
It was strange to think that she had only met him six or seven hours ago and yet she trusted him with her life. Even had a small feeling of love towards this vampire. Kenji was somehow different though and she couldnt stop herself from feeling enchanted by him. As if her very being wanted him and called out to take him as hers. These strong feelings radiated off her and were like a ton of bricks dropping on top of Kenji. Yet still Autumn thought her feelings were private and to herself. Not knowing anything of any kind of bond. The sun would be coming up soon and to tell the truth, Autumn didnt want to leave Kenji's presence.

Kenjis eyes narrowed as he saw Autumns neck as well as he began to hear her intoxicating calm heartbeat. As she moved the hair away from her neck, his fangs itched to bite her neck. He pulled her close looking at her. "Thankyou Autumn for this I am most glad that you do trust me. I must warn you however when I first bite it will burt at first afterwords I will try for it not to, it will feel enjoyable after words." He explained to her keeping her close to him. His own heart beating, he could feel jis bond with her growing stronger. He contiuned to keep her close until he gently held the side of her neck supporting it, he leaned his head close to the exposed part of her neck, gently touching her skin with his lips. He kissed her neck and almost instinctual he licked her neck. Kenji then let his fangs come down on her neck avoiding any major arteries az he bit down. He began to draw in her blood, his body quaked feling the bond between them grow wven stronger. He took in two hulps before he stopped. He still however lapped the up the blood that was coimng to the surface.as he withdrew, he licked ittrying to get his saliva to stop the bleeding. He still held her close not wanting to let her go, never wanting to be far from her, he felt a love for Autumn, he felt as if his heart was on fire, and the only way to put it out was to have Autumn in his arms.

Autumn blushed a bit as Kenji pulled her close and listened to him, feeling strangely calm about it. Shuddering as he kissed then licked her neck, a little anxious about him biting her but relaxed all the same. Gripping his shirt hard when he first bit her, a small whine of pain escaping her lips. Then it started feeling good and it was strange but she didnt want him to stop. Relaxing in his hold and loosening her grip on his shirt, only to put her fingers in his hair. Continue to grip his hair gently until he licked the blood off her neck.
Slowly she released her hold on his hair but let him hold her. Feeling tired and drained but loving him holding her, she felt an intense burn for him. It was only for him and his hold dampened but barely. "Kenji...can i stay with you?..." she whispered and put her head on his chest.

Kenji gasped as the surge of warmth coursed through his body. He held Autumn close kissing her gentle neck as he held.he close. He looked to her as she was weakly holding herslef up. Kenji kept holding her afraid she were going to fsll the second he let gp off her. He opened his eyes wide the second she asked him those words. His heartbeat faster as he looked at her."Autumn... I was going to ask you those very words to you. Yes, I wish that you stay with me. Always, and I will do the very same for you." He siad hiw words rich and warm as he held onto he rocking her, not wanting to ever let go of her. Glancing at the room he saw the sun starting to peak through on the horizon, frozen in fear he kept Autumn close, he looked to ber and spoke. "autumn the sun, i am tolerant of it, but it leaves a very painful sensation if im exposed for to long.."he said explaining it unfamilair with the rooms works.
