"Sorry man. Channing made it clear he wants her for himself. Cant let you in," one o the guards said and held up his gun.
Autumn beat as hard as she could on the man's back for what seemed like ages until she was roughly thrown on a bed. Quickly scrambling to get off the bed, the man grabbed her and forced her to sit down on the bed not letting her go anywhere. Channing soon walked in and dismissed the man. Channing grinned creepily as he walked to the opposite side of the room, staring at Autumn the whole time. "My dear there is no need to be so frightened. I can guarantee you that this will be the best and longest night of your life. But before that begins i want you to run me a bath. Now." he said and gave out orders. Autumn was quivering from fear and didnt move at all not even the slightest twitch. Channing grew red in the face and marched right over to her. Sending the back of his hand hurling into her cheek and snapping her head to the side. The force was so bad it had busted her lower lip and blood welled up from it. Her cheek was a red tinged with a darker almost black rim of a bruise. "I said now Autumn," he growled fiercly. Forcing her body to move, she stumbled over to the bathroom and turned it onto scalding hot without the slightest hint of cold. Quickly running from the bathroom as Channing made his way in. A minute later she heard his pained yell and he came out in a towel. Marching over to her threateningly, sending her into a corner as she shut her eyes waiting for the next hit.

Kenji lef out a laugh as the men so foolishly dared to defy what he said. An evil grin came across his face.as he inhumanly seed adound the men, he grabbed the guns from them and quickly shot them dead in the center of their heads. He lauged as he speed through and ushered an angry riar as he did before, he busted through the gates his beast unleashed. He growled as groups of men csme charging out of the buliding, without any knowledge of these new weapons he fired into the crowd killing the men all with bullets in their heads. He growled and ushered another roar once the scent of Autumns blood filled his nose. "im going to kill that bastard."he growled under his breath and his dark aura wafted.throu gh the house causing the entire house to shift. He sped through the remaning body gaurds tearing their thraloats out as he moved. He laughed as he gazed at them. "pitiful dogs...."he muttered as he got to the main room were Autumn was he saw her lip busted and her eye black. He growled and a wide toothy grin came across his face. He is pissed, he set his eyes on Channi.h as hr looked like he would piss his pants. Kenji covered in blood and all of his teeth had become sharp fangs. He laughed at channing as he gripped the man by the throat and slammed him into the wall. "how dare you . You disgusting pig. How dare you hurt my love. .....your going to die. And I aszure you it will be painful. You will beg for me to kill you. I am the vampire the town has been talking of. And you have.just pissed me off."he said his red eyes narrowing.

Autumn was served another hit just before Kenji had burst through the bedroom doors. She was so relieved, she sank to the floor and silent tears flowed easily down her cheeks. Channing was stock still and then was being slammed into the wall. His face turned red as Kenji started to choke him. Terror filled his eyes as Kenji told him he was a vampire.
Autumn looked up and was shocked to see the blood covering Kenji and she got up slowly and shakily. Walking over to him, she lightly put her small hand on his arm then slid it to his shoulder as she moved behind him. Putting her head on his shoulder, she slid her hand down to his hand and slowly, gently pried it from Channing's neck. "Kenji..calm down..im fine now..he wont do it again..you've already killed enough.." she whispered in his ear gently. Kissing his neck soothingly and lightly to reassure him. She sent a look at Channing that he owed her his life. Channing glanced at Autumn then back up at Kenji preferring that he just kill him now and not make it painful.

Kenji still was agitated and in his blood drunk state Autumns kiss and touch did calm him down. But whe she mention Channing his rage flared again. He grabbed the man by the collar of his shirt and held him against the wall. "hmmm how about i make you my slave? For all those women and families that you have treated poorly? Hmm? Oh better yet.....you will address me as master... And Autumn and her families debts are to be erased. Further....."he siad grinning and uttering a laugh he was truly a force not to be recokend with. He laughed and extended his jaw with his sharp row of teeth. "Autumn my love you may want to look away, he will come after you. This scum will never quit." He said to her with his soft red eyes and they quickly harded as he looked at.channing . He growled and bit down on Channings neck and began to gorge himself with the mans blood. He made a mess of the place blood spilling everywere. He finished and left the man within an inch of his life. "Now you will never hurt anyone...you will forgive Henrys and Autumns debt. You are never to even look at her or think of her in that matter. Unless you are calling her master. Two you will deliver and elegant ball clothes for me and a mazquerade mask in the shape of a eagle. And when I cone here you are to treat me as a king. I can extend your life and make you a living rotting corpse, a ghoul."he said as he looked at the mqn, he would live but Kenji now was certain he would never bother Autumns father or her again. He relaxed his jaw and turned to Autumn and sighed. "lets go home Autumn."he said as he finally calmed down as his eyes were wet as if he were going to cry. He had let Autumn see the beast that resided withinin him.

Autumn let go of Kenji but she kept leaning on him, burying her face in his shoulder as he said to look away. She could hear everything but she was quite glad she did see it. But even that side of Kenji couldnt scare her. Insted when he turned around, she hugged his blood covered body and put her head on his shoulder. "Thank you for coming for me.." she whispered. Then looked up at him and stood on her toes as she gave him a loving kiss on his blood covered lips. Autumn was completely at calm with Kenji because of her love for him. The bond helped however and almost nothing scared her when Kenji was around. Even if Kenji's beast came out she only wished to calm him but was never scared of him. Autumn pulled away from the kiss and wiped the blood from her mouth. Both of other men and her own. Then she slipped her hand into Kenji's, pulling him gently out of the bedroom and to the stables behind the house. The carriage was stil set up and the man was just sitting there waiting for orders. "I need you to drive me back home," she said up to him. He looked bored as he nodded and readied the horses. Autumn pulled Kenji into the carriage an then they were off towards home. Autumn took out a small handkercheif she had on her and sat next to Kenji. Turning his head toward her, she gently wiped the blood off his face and softly off his lips.

Kenji sighed and looked at Autumn as she wiped the blood away from his face.and lips. He had finally calmed down as he looked at Autumn."of course I would come Autumn. I love you. I promised you would be safe with me. Im only glad i didn't scare you so badly. That side is not something I am particulallry proud of. It is my beastly side and when it comes to you Autumn. When anyone harms you it brings it out. And hoever harms you gets the wrath."he said as he looked at her and held Autumns free hand as he held her hand. The blood wiped onher hand, he was truly a sight at least the carriage ride was a soothing experience. He felt releived Autumn was by his side again safe. He hugged her and kept her close. He was certain Channing was now his slave, he would give him all he needed and perhaps an estate to reside in as a temporary stay. If anything at least his excentric and elegant ball clothesbwere going to be presentable. And he would make sue to get the crowds eye off Autumn. So far his plan was working, and during the ball the person who tryied to murder Autumn would reveal themselves. In the proccess kenji could be certain Autumn was finally safe. And now that her fathers debts were gone he only had to deal with the wretched Margarrett and seriously talk to Henry about his choice in women.

Autumn smiled and leaned into him, pulling her feet up onto the seat. "You could never scare me Kenji. I love and trust you too much for that," she said quietly and held his blood-covered hand. Not minding at all that the blood from his clothes got on hers. Soon though she couldnt help it as her eyes drifted shut and she fell into the warm embrace of sleep. They arrived at the manor shortly after Autumn fell asleep. Dawn was close by now but the sun was not yet rising. Autumn woke up a few seconds before the carriage came to a stop in front of her manor. Blinking her sleepy eyes open, she reluctantly pulled away from Kenji and stretched a little bit careful of Kenji next to her. Then she got up and opened the door, stepping out and making sure the sun wasnt up before turned and waited for Kenji.
Suddenly however she was picked up and twirled around. Autumn squeaked in surprise and her heart race picked up to a very fast pace out of fear. It was calmed however when she heard her father say her name. Henry had been overjoyed when Autumn stepped out, so much so he had gotten strength to pick her up though she wasnt all that heavy in the first place. "Autumn! I thought i had lost you! Im so sorry! I tried i really did! Im so sor-" he was cut off as Margrett walked out of the house. An icy calm settled over her and Henry watched as approached, gently setting Autumn down on the driveway. Margrett faked a relieved smile and embraced Autumn in a hug. "Oh my dear we're so happy your okay," she said quietly and gripped Autumn tightly, secretly digging her nails into Autumn's skin. Autumn tensed up but said nothing. Margrett looked to see Kenji stepping out and she quickly pushed Autumn aside, making her stumble but loose her balance and fall just barely catching herself before she landed completely on the gravel which cut into her hands. Autumn winced and stood back up, glaring at Margrett then wiping the gravel off her hands and out of the new scrapes that were bleeding. Margrett ignored her and watched Kenji. "Kenith! I thought you had left!" she said in surprise.

Kenji faked a smile as Margarret asked him the questioned. He was relived that Autumn was safe wit her father. He nerly controlled himself when he saw her fling Autumn to the ground. He coughed and then looked to Margarret."oh this madam?! It is nothing I was actually on a carriage back to my estate when out of the conrner of my eye, Henrys daughter Autumns Auburn hair caught my eye. He told me she was missing and when I saw her I couldn't help myself. I ran to try and save her. I succeded and I assure you my dear friend Henry that fat man...what was his name? Oh yes Channing I belive wont be troubling you any more. As for all the blod that is covering me. I got in quite a few fist fights. No matter I shall be fine Madam." He said as he facked being dizzy and stumbled, he was drawing all the attention to him rather then Autumn. He happy Autumn could.never be scared of him, she trusted him and that was all that mattered to him. He hated having to boldfacedly lie to someone, howver for Autumns sake he would do so to protect her. He had it with Margarret he was going to find someway to get her to loose her cool in front of Henry. Kenji smiled agIn and put bloody hand to his forehead and let out a discontent sigh. "dear me I have.made quite the mess of myself. Oh Henry dear, I am relived that you have your Daughter back. Last night when we talked now that she is safe, that ball will go on as planned? Oh my! Yes it will, and you will be able to have.that father duaghter dance you couldnt help talk about. "he paused and looked to the group. Oh I hope you do not mind im going to have to stay another night, and get cleaned up those fights took it out of me. And I have this wound to take care ofdlf." He said lyong hoping only Henry and Autumn knew what he was doing. He had been around them long enough for them to know thta he was protecting them. He lied and opened held his side as if it were cut, he forcibly opened the area as he clutched it making it bleed. His whole dramativ stunt a diversion to get Henry inside and away from Margret.

Henry visibly relaxed as he heard that their problem was taken care of. Autumn however looked at Kenji, a worried look crossing her face as he stumbled. Even if he was lying, she was worried that something had actually happened to him. Starting forward to help him when he started bleeding, she was stopped by Margrett. "Dearest Autumn, why dont you go prepare a room for our guest. Im sure your father can help him," she said with a tight, fake, worried smile. Autumn was seconds from protesting when Henry shook his head no and motioned for her to do as she was told. A cross look came onto Autumn's face but she turned and marched inside. Clearly unhappy at having to listen to Margrett. Henry looked to Kenji then smiled an amused smile that said "told you she is a handfull". Then he looked to Margrett who was looking at Kenji suspicously. Henry took Kenji's arm and lead him inside with Margrett following. Autumn was upstairs doing as she was told except on the third floor where Margrett never visited. Henry rarely went up there himself. Margrett then stopped Henry and Kenji before they could go upstairs. "Oh Henry dear. Allow me to take our guest to his room," she offered with a smile. Henry hesitated before letting go and motioning for Margrett to go ahead. Taking Kenji's arm, she started up the stairs with him. "Your an intresting man Kenith James. Though do not go thinking that Autumn is available. I've already picked out a suitor for her. Not to mention she is too quiet and shy for someone of your status. She doesnt deserve someone so high in the system. My daughter, Amanda, however would be perfect for you," she said as they walked.

Kenji let out a laugh as he heard Margret talk, his plan was working. "oh my madam, im afriad i am younger then i act. Im roughly close to Autumns age. As for being high on the social ladder perhaps. But I find Autumn very enticing, and besides madam, Autumb would just be perfect for me. I do notblike pompous overblown females. I prefer someone who is quiet obediant. And more importantly exotic. Autumns hair and eyes are truly a sight. And from what Henry tells me she is a sweet girl. I do.not like my women to be overdressed overspending peacocks." He said as his darkbgrey eyes were truly exotic himself he spoke with malice behind his words with ever intent to offend. As Margarett held his amr leading him into the guest room blhe seized the oppurtunity to squeeze information out of her indirectly. Kenji hoped Autumn was not to upset with him acting and the wound he created he could easily seal. Kenji stumbled again and let out a graon of pain, angrily he snapped. Of course he was acting but he was acting like an overdressed peacock himslef and after being around the snooRty nobles he knew how to act like them. "my grace.woman bring Henry back, there is no way such a fragile thing like yourself can hold a strong man like me. I need someone strong to lean upon. And further more I get no words of thanks? For risking my life to spare you and your husband grief?" He said with a noble anger behind his words addding tasteful accents in his words and he angrily shot his grey eyes towards her this was sure way to get Margarret to snap. "oh my...my side it pains me so....what in the world did that aweful man slice.me with? Oh how cruel.....Henry! This woman is half tempted to drop me."he said fussy and agitated exactly how a prime and proper eleite would act.

Margrett looked at Kenji shocked at his sudden change as well as insulting her daughter. "I have never met someone so rude in my life! As for my fagileness i have none sir! I could easily take you down now if i so chose to. Your staying under my roof mr. James so i suggest you treat me with some respect you spoiled brat," she hissed coldly. Henry came running up the stairs as Kenji called and grabbed Kenji's other arm so he did not fall. Autumn was rapidly descending the stairs as she heard the commotion. Pausing in front of the three, she locked her eyes on Kenji. Worry was eatched into her features as she stepped closer to Kenji. "Whats going on?" she asked, looking up at Margrett with a great dislike. Margrett snapped her cold eyes to Autumn as she asked that. "None of your buisness Autumn. Why dont you go back to your room like you always do? Dont bother coming out either," she hissed obviously still seething. Autumn flinched at her tone but didnt make a move to leave. Henry however looked at Margrett and let go of Kenji. "Margrett. Do not speak to my daughter that way. If we didnt have company, i would say something stronger but i suppose it will have to wait," he said in a dangerously low voice. For the first time ever, Margrett kept her mouth shut and walked away with a huff. Henry looked at Kenji and Autumn apologetically before following her. Autumn watched for a second before she put her gentle hands on Kenji's chest. "Are you okay?" she asked clearly concerned as she looked at his bleeding cut.

Kenji let out a.sigh and as Margarett stormed away and she was out of site he closed his wound in a painned grunt and shook his head. He held his side weak from the induced blood loss as he looked at Autumn and smiled."im sorry my love...to make you worry, i got what i jeededbout if that wretched woman. As for the cut it was induced. I faked weakness to get closer to margrett to get her to have an outburst. And ai could not stand for her to treat you like that Autumn. You as well Henry."he said a.d leaned against henry as he held his head. "now as for your choice of women, i urge you to listen. I am reasonably experienced when it comes to women. And that woman is a snake. Listen to the elway she talked to Autumn. And how she preens herlself like an overdressed peacock. And when i mentioned Autumn was a much better choice when it come to being a bride. She looked at her lowley as if she were a mere dog. And i have confirmed my suspicions, that woman caused the whole inccident. Were Autumn was tied at the stake and going to be burned at the stake as a vampire." He said and his eyes flashed red he was clearly agitated as he spoke to Henry. "i hate lying through my teeth and as for your debt you are clear off. If anything rid yourself of this margarett or i will. Autumn can attest to this. I get fits of rage when it comes to anyone hurting her. Mr.channing is lucky i left him alive."he saud Nd adjusted himself he was deathly serious and his blood lose was not helping. He purged a bit of channings blood he was glad of, but he know was weak and dawn was soon approaching. He looked at Henry and ti Autumn and his eyes softened again. "i want Autumn as my bride Henry, more importantly i want to keep both of you safe."he said sadness in his voice he betrayeed his honest self by putting the guise on; as well as letting himself be seen yet again. He felt as if he was putting the family in danger. And now he knew Margarret was going to plan simething to get rid id him then Autumn.

Henry listened to Kenji and nodded. Autumn went to Kenji's otherside and kissed his cheek when he apologized for making her worry. "Dont do that again.." she whispered in his ear. Henry was helping Kenji up to the third floor with Autumn leading as Kenji kept talking. Then Henry came to a halt as Kenji said he wanted Autumn for a bride. Autumn didnt hear so she kept walking and stopped at the door to the third floor waiting. Henry looked at Kenji then back up at Autumn. "Well Kenji.. You may have her as a bride but dont ask her until youre absolutely sure she is ready. I trust you to take care of my daughter. You've done better than i have. So i think you'll be perfect for her. Just becareful with her. Shes delicate even though she doesnt act like it," he said to Kenji before helping him the rest of the way up then smiling at Autumn at the top. "Its okay dad i can manage from here," Autumn said with a smile. Henry nodded and let Kenji lean on Autumn instead then sent one last look at Kenji before nodding and leaving the two alone. Autumn helped Kenji inside the room, shutting the door behind them then over to the bed. She noticed Kenji's weakness and she quickly walked over to the window and shut the curtains so sunlight would be blocked out. Finally laying on the bed beside Kenji. "You need blood," she said quietly and looked over at him.

He looked at Autumn as they were in th room. He relaxed as he was set in the bed. He finally could relax. He looked ar Autumn and shook his head. He wanted to get changed out of the bloody clothes that he currently wore. He weakly undidbhis shirt and his ivercoat and tossed them in the griund his bare torso was still coversd in a bit of blood as he looked to Autumn. "Autumn you know I dont want to take it from you just yet. I want to hold you. You are safe with me at last. At least for now in a little bit I will."he said as he reached for Autumns hand grabbing it and pulling her across his.chest hugging her. He was relieved she was finally with him and that whem she was ready he would ask fo her hand in mariage. "Autumn your going to look so beautiful tonight. You are so beautiful now, i can only imagine what you will look like in that beautiful gown. Oh and with that disgusting pig...hes technically my slave now. Hell never hurt you again." He said hilding her letting tears of blood wash down his face. Autumn was finally safe and she was going to be his. He didn't care what others would think. The only thing he cared about at the moment was soending every moment with Autumn. He could't help but laugh later that night he would have to get his ball clothes from his slave. He smiled thinking how the crowd will be envious and let alone he would be a walking body gaurd for Autumn. And potentially her husband.

Autumn closed her eyes and relaxed as Kenji held her to his bare chest. Lightly, she ran her fingertip up and down his scar. A feather light toch as she traced it. A small blush rose to her cheeks as he complimented her so much. "Thank you Kenji. But when tonight comes i want you to go down to the dance without me. I want it to be a surprise when i get down to the dance," she said, excitement seeping into her voice. Autumn thought about how handsome Kenji would look in a new outfit for the dance. Lightly placing a kiss on his bare chest, she looked up at him and frowned slightly when she saw his tears. Sitting up barely, she wiped the tears of blood of his face and looked at him concerned. "Kenji? Are you alright?" she whispered and quickly looked down his chest and stomach then sides searching for an injury but not finding one except for the other peoples blood. Locking her blue/grey eyes with his grey ones, she searched his eyes for anything that would tell her what was wrong. The sun was slowly getting brighter outside of the manor and Henry called back the maids, cooks, and butlers. They started setting up for the dance and food was being cooked.

Kenji smiled.as he wiped thr remaining tears of blood from his face. He smiled as he looked atbAutumn."oh these tears.dont.mindbthem Autumn they are tears of joyband relief. But yes you will look so beautiful and i glad it will be a surpise. And im sure you will be the most beautiful jewel at the ball. Further more i will be heading out of the manor to make margarett belive that Ihave left."he sajd.wiht a smile and pulled Autumn close kissing her forehead. He looked at her and then ran his hand down Autumns neck and vently kissed her jaw."Autumn even though it is bright out. I was wondering perhaps you could help me to the washroom? When im aslwwp I dont want to cover you in this blood as we sleep. For this days sleep will be the most relaxing for awhile." He said holding Autumns hand and gently kissing it.

Autumn smiled and blushed lightly at his compliments. She couldnt help the shiver that escaped as he kissed her jaw and the blush that made her blood rush to her cheeks. Then she nodded and slipped off the bed. Helping Kenji up, she helped him across the room to the washroom. Autumn had him lean on the doorway as she walked over to the tub and ran a warm bath for him. Dipping her hand into the water once it was done filling, she made sure it was too hot or too cold. Once she was satisfied, she stood up and dried her hand off on a towel. Then she walked back over to Kenji and she stood on her tip toes, giving him a gentle kiss on the lips. "I love you Kenji.." she whispered against his lips. Then she pulled away and left him him in the washroom. Crossing the room and leaving the third floor to go dress in her sleeping clothes. Quickly going into her room, she slipped out of the now blood stained blue dress. Slipping into white, loose, soft pants and a white, body-hugging shirt. Finally she brushed out her hair then gathered it up and pulled it to one side of her neck. Once she was done, she went back upstairs and slipped into the very comfortable bed. Waiting on Kenji to be done, she put her hands behind her head and didnt think about her hair being to one side of her neck being tempting to Kenji.

Kenji smiled as Autumn ran the warm bath for him. He couldnt help but run his hands over his lips were Autumn kissed him. Autumn loved him and that was all that mattered to him. He disrobed the rest of the way and climbed into the tub washing away all the blood that civered his body. It was still very early in the morning. He could not help but wonder what his slave Channing was doing. He laughed to himself, pribally hiding his bite marks cleaning up the bodies and blood of the body gaurds. He grinned wider thinking how terrified he would be when he paid him the visit for his ball.clothds as well as secure part of his estate for siciety apperance. He finished the bath and wrapped the towle around his lower half and one on his top half. He didnt have.any clothes the ines he had were bloodied and fithly. He sighed as he made a mind link with channing. "well hello there my dear Channing no dont scream or run it wont help you. I need clothes elegant clothes at that. Or perhaps some.everyday were. Have it sent to me immediatly through a discreat messe.ger . Telld them Its for Kenith James." he said finishing the mind link and walked out of the washroom and walked back to the guest room his face.flushed ti see Autumn see him like this. "my appologies Autumn. I do not have a spare pair of clothes,i appologize having you see me like this nonethe less i have already maxe preparations for it." He said as he walked over to see Autumns bare neck, he gulped and licked his lips."Autumn would it be alright if I took alittlr blood from you now?"he asked feeling embareesed the only thing he was wearing a towel.

Autumn blushed a deep crimson as he walked out in only a towel. "I-I could ge-get you some," she stammered. As he walked over, she couldnt stop her eyes frok roaming down his well toned chest and stomach. But her eyes quickly met his when she saw him lick his lips. Realizing he probably needed blood, she sat up a little bit and nodded when he asked if he could take some.
Autumn had to wonder why she had been so willing the first time. It was wierd how she enjoyed it so much yet she wasnt a vampire herself.
Margrett was sitting in the parlor, a feathered pen in her hand. Her neat, fancy cursive covered a whole page and she was just signing it. Calling their own personal messenger, she handed him the letter and told him where to take it. Henry came in as soon as the messenger had left. "Margrett your behavior is inexscusable. After the party tonight you are to leave. There will be no ties to us and if you try to come back i will have you arrested," he said firmly. Margrett stood up in furious anger and shock. But his tone made her less willing to argue and she stormed past him furiously. Now she was glad she had sent that letter. If she was going down so would Autumn.

Kenji let out a small laugh as aautumn said that she would get him clothes. He looked at hee and couldnt help see her eyes trail over the.muscles of his body. She was taking in every sight of him. For the miment it made him forget about his blood want and look to Autumn."thankyou my love. I have.made the arrangements dear. I do not want to have to trouble you so. Younhave helped me with the first pair. The least thing i could do would be getting the second pair. The messenger should be here shortly."he said and just as he was going to saybsomething firther, he heard a loud bang at the front door. Kenji smiled and looked at Autumn. Ih that must be the messenger my love. Lets see, while your help send him up?"he asked Autumn as he kissed her forehead loving.
The messenger was a mouse of a man, he was shy and timid, obviously not one of channings men. The messenger gulped as he looked at the larde manor gate Nd loosened his collad. He was around twenty and clearly just halpened to in the wrong place. He was told by channing to deliver this package to the quinn manor to a guest styaing there named Kenith James. He gulped channing also told him not to piss the man or he would devour him. The messenger gulped and hoped this kenith james did nog have a taste for young babby faced males.
